Hyperspin stops working on Windows 11 Home/Pro (version 24H2) after update

1 thing i read .... the 24H2 problem will be no more !!!!

Thats amazing news but I wish things were coordinated so the actual website had up to date announcements about major releases.

Sorry, I've been hearing this for the past 5 or so years now. I wont believe it will happen until there is some proof, of the update via some Video of the programe in action.

Is there any word, suggestions or progress on Windows 11 24H2 security fix, I know and appreciate the hype for Hyperspin 2, but many users have spent many many years customizing their builds. We Appreciated the community and everyone here. Thanks

Just built a Windows 11 gaming machine and migrating everything over.  I will update to Hyperspin 2 eventually but I'd like to get my current build working again.  Appreciate everyone for the awesome program and the community.

Forget about them ever fixing this, now Hyperspin 2.0 is out this is redundant as far as they are concerned.

Go back to 23H2 (look for download for Windows 11 23H2) iso , it all works fine on that.

I have the same problem, My HyperSpin and HyperHQ are not working and not entering because I keep on checking for updates but I have the 64bit on Windows 11. Anyone have any ideas on how I can fix it?

You need to remove the last updated if possible.  If not, you might need to reinstall windows.

jesfknkrys, Thank You! I've just unstalled 2 updated files on windows 11 that made HyperSpin and HyperHQ not work but now it is starting to work again but again thank you for the heads up.

hace unos días instalé windows 11 pro con las ultimas actualizaciones 24h2 para ver como iba el funcionamiento de hyperspin, y este  aún no funcionaba, pero ayer se instaló una nueva actualización "2025-02 Actualización acumulativa para Windows 11 Versión 24H2 para sistemas basados en x64 (KB5051987)" y mi hyperspin volvió a funcionar, esperemos dure y no actualizare mas, a menos que sea para realizar pruebas.

That's good news if the (KB5051987) update fixes it, cant test as not updated to 24H2 yet so if anyone else can confirm this please?

@Redman805 I myself haven’t confirmed it it’s working on windows 11 with the latest updates. Are you up to date Windows 11 updates?

hace unos días windows update se bugeo y ya no actualizaba, busqué varias soluciones para esto y no tuve éxito. Reinstalé windows 11 24h2, posteriormente instalé las actualizaciones y hyperspin funcionó correctamente, pero luego de un par de días hyperspin dejó de funcionar xd. La solución para esto fue desinstalar la última actualización  acumulativa para Windows 11 Versión 24H2 para sistemas basados en x64 (KB5051987). luego de esto  hypertspin volvió a funcionar.

En conclusión Windows 11 está roto a mas no poder y genera problemas aleatorios lamentables, así es que por ahora dejaré mi windows sin actualizar, pero en un tiempo mas haré nuevas pruebas con las actualizaciones a ver como va la cosa.
