Updated Post 1 with new Wheel zip file and updated the 2d covers and screenshots over at emumovies.  There are over 2700+ wheels now!!!!!!  Wooohoo!

Now for the bad news....Will be working on house hunting and moving so life will be getting in the way soon so C64 will probably take a back seat to real life, but who knows?  How many times have I said I was done?

Ha ha.

Long live C64!  I am always amazed when I make more wheels I find new games that I did not know existed or look fun.  Turrican 3, TLL and a few others who knew you could put together thousands of wheels and still not find all the good games.

Thanks Dougan wonderful work. I hope the house hunting goes well. Oh and used to love TLL ( Tornado Low Level) back in the day.

Hi Dougan,

Thanks for this amazing work! It's incredible, Commodore 64 is the set I wanted most!!

At the EmuMovies FTP I added content to complement yours:

  • _HyperLaunch Media Submisions\ReTango\Media (Commodore 64):

Artwork, Guides, Manuals and Music folders. This contains all the content available in the Extras of GameBase 64 v13, put in folders so it can work with HyperPause. Total of 19650 files, 6.4GB. It includes covers, manuals, ads, guides, map, music in .sid format..

Manuals are in lower quality than the ones you uploaded to the EmuMovies FTP, but perhaps there are some that are not included in your set.. I did not made a thorough comparison yet. (by the way, your manuals at emumovies FTP reach only up the the "B" letter, so I got them from the HyperSpin FTP instead)

Covers (within artwork) are also of lower quality and less complete, but I believe there are more games available.

  • _Other\ReTango\

I added a zip with 7236 screenshots, similar to yours but with more games included. Also from GameBase 64 v13

In the media sets I only include content for the first disk of each game (e.g. Side A, but not Side B). This is because I remove the additional disks  from the database xml, since extra disks do not need to be in the XML for HyperLaunch / RocketLauncher's MultiGame feature to work.

Of course, feel more than free to add whatever you consider to your own folders at the FTP, so people can have a larger set from one location (or tell me if you want me to add it).

Thanks again a lot and regards,

ReTango

PS: (I posted some of this last week at Emumovies site but it dissapeared when the site went down, so I post it here again.!)

You are right. The manuals are not supposed to stop at the letter B. They are reuploading now.

Dime333 pointed out a few fixes.

Amazon wheel,cover,screen was named wrong.

Removed extra video pngs

HyperSync has a couple of vids that are not right yet too. Per Dime333

These games will sync wrong videos from emumovies:

Castle of Terror (CP Verlag - Magic Disk 64) (Europe)

Frankenstein (CRL) (Europe)

Loco (Coplin Software) (USA)

Moon Patrol (Avalon Hill Microcomputer Games, Inc.) (USA)

Rats (Europe)

All fixed on my end other than hypersync vids. Thanks dime333.
