Help with Keymapper

I'm trying to figure out how keymapper works in the latest Hyperlaunch build but haven't been able to find any instructions or tutorials (actually I've found a couple links, but they are now dead since the site moved).

 

I just want to be able to set up individual PC games to launch/close Vjoy (or whatever else) automatically and with the button config I want.

 

Any help or just a link to some instructions would be great. Thanks.

Are you using hyperlaunch or rocket launcher? Rocketlauncher has a separate support forum :)

Correct me if I'm wrong but I thought Hyperlaunch is the same thing as Rocketlauncher just read named to Rocketlauncher.

Just to clarify, this is the support forum for HyperLaunch 2, which is included in the current HyperSpin installation package.

RocketLauncher has become a front-end-agnostic launcher, and now has its own website and was renamed to RocketLauncher to give it an independent identity.

I just want to be clear, RocketLauncher/ Rocketlaunch will still launch for the new Hyperspin, right? Or will reverting back to Hyperlaunch2 be mandatory? I've been away for a while.

 

Also, is there a post on either forum explaining any of this?

I can't imagine reverting back would be mandatory. No one would want to go to the new Hyperspin if that were the case.

AFAIK, HL2 is only included so the install of HS works as an all-in-one package for beginners. Bill may or may not plan to develop it further, but right now the recommendation is to install RocketLauncher (formerly known as RocketLauncher) if you want the extra features it provides.

Yep Baddie is going to get all medieval on anyone not reverting in HL2, anyone resisting will be broken. :)

 

To add to what has already been said. The HL2 modules were once available for download until RL came along. To avoid confusion and because they weren't supported by the RocketLauncher team the older modules were removed. 

Now since RocketLauncher is a separate entity the older modules were reinstated; there are many cab owners and people who haven't upgraded who may still need those modules and in future they may be further developed.

 

You choose what you want to use. :pirate:

Why not just make all versions available?

 

When, now? They are, HyperLaunch 2 is included with HyperSpin and Rocket/HyperLauncher is available on rlauncher.net. These are now separate, and this has been said already, RocketLauncher supports more than one front end and is no longer exclusive to HyperSpin.
