I used to avoid mame_libretro too, not because I was taking side in the debate but because I thought it was too difficult to setup and integrate in rocketlauncher. You prove me wrong and the savestate feature alone is a revolution for the systems where you have to type in the commands and load the tapes. It's a drag to setup thé first time if there are many roms but then it's a breeze. And the mega bezels makes retroarch such a desirable option now.

It was not said to diminish your work !! Your systems are awesome, especially considering the lack of quality graphics on the net or the lack in quality emulation. The solutions you find and your mastery of Retroarch and Mame are impressive to me. I just meant that probably nobody else had bother until now to make those complete packages for those obscure systems, which is a shame as they are emulated and part of the computing and videogames history. You are right in the Mame devs philosophy: emulate and preserve everything that runs with a chipset. So anyway, please keep it up !

Thanks a lot ! An other one of these systems I never heard about. You must be spending a lot of time through the Mame change logs to find them There are so many obscure systems emulated by Mame that I didn't knew what to do with, and you are making them come alive, that's just so cool !

I am really sorry to hear that you are sick but I am happy to see that it doesn't prevent you from working hard. I absolutely love your obscure systems packs ! Back in the 80's I spent a lot time reading over and over the games and computers magazines I could find and I am so happy to re-discover some of them thanks to you. I was so frustated back then, not being able to play them, that it is a joy to add them to my Hyperspin setup now.

Thanks for your answer ! I don't want to talk in the name of Hoscarconh but I am not sure if he is proposing clompete systems anymore. The other day I tried to access his youtube channel and it was not available. Maybe he had to close it or he was fed up to see his work used and sold by others without being credited. It would certainly not be the first time a content creator quits because of that.

I have made a very raw bezel for this system with the actual handheld, based on your work (I hope you don't mind). I couldn't find a good quality image of the handheld so the result is pretty bad and I couldn't zoom on it too much. For me that will do it but I sure hope for a better bezel or mega bezel to come. _Default.zip

FloatingYeti, your body of work is just fantastic. Each time I visit the site I can't wait to see if you have proposed a new setup of an obscure system. I must say though that I have installed every one of your propositions with ease except for this Hitachi computer. I have tried to follow your instructions and I have created MAME ini files for each games with their proper paths but I can't make them auto load the games and I also doesn't know how to load them manually (I tried "LIST" and then "R."" as I saw in your youtube video but it still doesn't work, maybe because the floppy isn't loaded). I will try your new Chinese system today but I sure would appreciate a bit of help for this Hitachi system. Thanks in advance and I hope you can continue to propose us many more setups !
