" Will those buttons be like functional with mouse or keyboard"

They are accessible by mouse at the moment. (When the mouse is visible.. )
Still having issues with the mouse hiding when Hyperspin is active.. and cant find the setting to leave the mouse alone..

Not sure if there is a way to select them with the "Tab" table so you can move through with Keyboard or Joystick Controls. But will investigate.

Will post up a new video demo soon.

The whole system is pretty much ready on an external HDD I have so I dont mess to much and delete from my current system.

All up with video snaps for the systems I have its just on 50Gb.

I was watching some videos on Small Touch Screens and think one would be a great addition to any cabinet with Rainmeter to launch Config Programs, Apps and Music etc.

I might have to invest in one I think..

This the one I bought for my cab if it's what you mean. The touch screen did work prior to bring put under glass.

I take it back!! iTunes is garbage.. Burn it.. Burn it with fire!

Image result for Simpsons mob with fire

I have moved back to my old faithful player of choice. GOM Player.

http://player.gomlab.com/

Granted you loose the Rainmeter Control functions, but .. Its much lighter in weight! Has the ability to play Videos/Music of most types, can play Direct Weblinks ;ike radio stations and from Youtube etc... can be controlled by A Remote App "Gom Remote" on a mobile device...

It also has an array of skins/themes so you can change it to suite your style, or Make it look like most other plays if you miss your originals.

There is also a new product they have "Gom Save" which compresses media files further where possible to save on space.

Ok sneaky video Preview of where I am up to so far.

Version 1.0.3 Changes (Still to Release/Update Download)

Moved and Resized Rainmeter HyperControl Launcher Buttons, Also added some more. Also customized Date/Time and added to corner.
Changed "Audiocade" to now just be a Visualizer Toggle.
Added Notepad Function if you need to save notes on the fly.
Changed Preferred Media Play to GOM as it has so much functionality and is very lightweight. (Finding new things about this Media Player every day, and been using it for years...)
Changed Wheel Images to 5x5 Pixel Invisible Placeholders (Thus Removing it from Sight)
Poster Images now included in overlay so can be modified to your preferences.
Added a New Special Art Border/Frame (Modified Version of The Special Art Project by @ninja2bceen) (Still need to one for each of the System Wheels)

Probably more but its late and I forgets... will update the download to this revision asap. Unless I find more to fix/change.. which is most likely. :morning2:

Enjoy

So whats left... not much. :D

System Default Themes

Instead of creating default themes for all systems I will be using Special Art to show system names/genre etc.
So the Current Default.zip is a cover all systems. :)

This shouldn't take long to complete as I have a great template to use, which I will include for people to make more obscure stuff I don't cover.

Other Media

Default Game Wheel Art and videos can be used from your existing systems or downloaded fresh but Settings for systems need to be changed to allow for the correct wheel/placement, size and special art etc.

For those wanting to use Hyperspin Box/CD/Cartridge artwork its recommended to resize to 50% and also widescreen.
For those using Dark13's SWF Scripts you can change the conversion values to:

// Scale from 1080p to 1024*768 Shrink by 50% and apply 16:9 ratio correction
                bmp_tl.scaleX = 0.2666 ;
                bmp_tl.scaleY = 0.3555 ;
                bmp_tl.x = 0 ;
                bmp_tl.y = 0 ;

In the Default.zip for Systems you can use/add Layers 1 and 2 for Box/Cart/CD etc. The below lines can be used and they seem to fit well.

    <artwork1 x="403" y="375" r="0" time="0.5" delay ="0.5" type="none" start="none" rest="none"/>
    <artwork2 x="458" y="415" r="0" time="0.5" delay ="0.5" type="none" start="none" rest="none"/>

Note: The above methods were tested with a fair few systems and worked well. However as there is not a uniform size across systems it seems its hard to achieve a perfect result for all without adjusting the conversion sizes and Artwork positions etc.

HyperControl/Audiocade/Launcher

Rainmeter is working well for those Running Windows 10 and want a bit more control/functions within Hyperspin without going back to Windows.
For those on Android, you can perhaps use something like XWidget to achieve a similar effect.

Current Applications in Launcher

HyperHQ - Customize Hyperspin settings on the fly.
HyperTheme - Make/Adjust Themes on the fly.
HyperTools - Scan/Audit your Hyperspin and create more Databases etc.
RocketLauncherUI - Adjust Launcher settings on the fly. Emulators, Pause, Bezel, Fade etc.

Chrome - Web Browser of Choice.
Notepad++ - Text editor of choice, great for XML, INI files etc.
Boinc - Computer Resource sharing Application to help save/change the world.
Explorer++ - A portable lightweight file explorer for windows that doesn't re-launch windows explorer.
Smart Defrag - A very powerful and portable Defragmentation Software package.
GOM Player - My favorite media player and recommended - Available on Windows and Android. (Some features explained below)
Keyboard - Launches Tabtip for Windows 10. Can be changed to OSK depending on preferences.

Visualizer Toggle - This just toggles a VU Meter Skin in Rainmeter.
You can change it to any other VU you like from the Deviant Artwork Page. Just be sure to re-save the layout once happy.

Notes Toggle - Another Toggle this time opening/closing a Notes Window for saving on-the-fly ideas/notes etc.

Close Button - Closes Rainmeter, can be re-launched by the HyperControl Wheel.

Still to Add
HyperAI and/or Hypersync
- For you to sync/download/update on the fly.

GOM Features

I will try to explain here some of the features I have found and love for GOM Player.

Multi-Control - Gom can be controlled by bunch of different ways, not limited to:
Mouse Clicks, Touch, Swipes/On screen Gestures, Capture Gestures using Cameras and lastly a Remote Mobile Application called Gom Remote.

File Playback - It is able to play back all media files from my testing.
Tried from Midi, Realplayer Video Files from the 90's to Current MKV, FLV, SWF and other files.

Online Playback - Tried using Youtube videos and even Playlists. Works Well, sends through subtitles etc.
You can also favorite tracks for future playback without needing links etc.

Keep On-Top - Has a working keep on-top function so you can have it overlay Hyperspin and still use it. It does pause HS when used but thats ok.

GOM Archive - Can compress media files to save on space for those with larger collections.

Its also available for you Android users.. :)

Overall

Overall I am pretty happy with the progress so far, what was a thought just two weeks ago is now almost a reality.
As soon as I am finished with the Special Artwork I think we are done.

Thank you all for the support and the platform to create this on.
God bless Hyperspin. :good:

Oh also, For some reason my settings where on Normal Priority and Best Graphics and it was slowing down the background animations.

I set mine to High Priority and High Graphics and its now smooth as a babies behind.

For those with slower machines you may have to drop it down to medium or low to have it all run smoothly as I tested today on an older Dual Core Rig with an old video card and needed to put it on Medium and High for the video previews to run smoothly.

Any Issues let me know.

Ok a little bug found with my "show mouse fix" in Rainmeter..

If you have maximized applications you cant click through the bar I have created so the mouse is visible.

A fix I have tried is to set the bar itself as a clickable button to hide itself so you can then drag your windows back to restored. (Can also just press the WIN KEY + Down to get to back to a a restored Window)

Then when you then hover over an application icon the bar will restore itself to fix the no mouse cursor issue.

Its a cheap work around for now and I will try and find a better way to do it and release a new version of the HyperControl Rainmeter package once I find an optimal solution..

I was hoping to allow a single meter in the skin as click through on mouse left click itself but its not working as expect. (Still new to Rainmeter config commands and !Bangs as they call them.)

This is some inspirational stuff right here, nice work!

As a happy owner of the nes30 i'm pretty stoked with the controls images you have made there.

So just checking in here, has anyone had a go with this and want to leave some feedback? Any troubles with the install? Tweaks you have done for yourself? or Suggestions?

Any extra systems been created via the added Developers Pack, people wish to drop to be added to the pack itself?

Would love to know if people are enjoying having a universal feel throughout. Or if it gets boring, and feel it should have a few themes to keep things different.
