iNTiGOD Posted September 30, 2015 Posted September 30, 2015 Hey guys. Hoping someone can help explain to me how bezels work with screen ratios. I'm using a 19" lcd in my bartop. I always thought it was 4:3 ratio but after the install realised it is actually 5:4. When I use the excellent rlauncher mame bezel artwork (thankyou gigapig, potts and ron) I'm noticing that I get a black bar on the left and right of the bezels (e.g. for pacman). Is it impossible to get the bezel to fit perfectly around the screen with a 5:4 screen without adjusting the art files? Or have I missed a setting somewhere. Thanks in advance. It seems it is built for conversion between 16:9, 16:10 or 4:3 not 5:4 damn. I might see if I can squeeze the instruction cards over the black bars when running vertical games, maybe it will look ok then. Or if anyone has a guide on ratio conversions?
