Styphelus Posted June 11, 2015 Posted June 11, 2015 Yeah, Hyperspeech only works in the game wheel. It no longer works in the system wheel. Not sure why because it activates as soon as you start hyperpspin.

ninja2bceen Posted July 29, 2015 Posted July 29, 2015 bumping hoping Boogie runs into it (I've also Pm'd him in a last desperation of hope for us)...updating to hyperspin 1.4 beta 15 seems to have hyperspeech working but I don't think it plays system bios anymore. So on the main menu, I'm not hearing hyperspeech describe what the system history is anymore. Also upon starting up hyperspin I don't here the introduction welcoming me to hyperspin. The app really adds a layer of fun to hyperspin. I am updating to rocketlauncher now and hyperspin 1.4 is a better version. Is there a way to get those items fixed within hyperspeech? I have been holding off on the upgrade up until now and this app was one of the reasons why I didn't update yet. Does anyone know ahk and maybe want to take a stab at fixing it? Djvj looked at it once and couldn't figure out why. I can post it if some one doesn't have access to the ftp and wants to try it. The main system and bios wheels don't work. Windows 10 Pro here with Hyperspin under adminitrator permissions. All the exe's under administrator rights, all the videos path in the right default place. Typing : handle.exe -p HyperSpin.exe | findstr "\Media\Main Menu\Video\" gives a correct response, but, no luck in the main system and bios wheels. The games and mame bios messages work, and the start/ending messages aswell. I'm going mad. Please help me. Thanks to everybody for the HyperSpin world.

If u got the intro and system bios working how did u do that? The app works great on hyperspin 1.3. U have to make Handle and hyperspin run as admin Back to the thread though.... The main system wheels are silenced. The games navigation are working and the mame bios. But that's all. Please Boogieman, gift me a teamviewer session. ;p

AbelEscrig Posted September 23, 2015 Posted September 23, 2015 Hi ninja, All the exes are with admin rights, including hyperpsin and handle in C:\Program files (x86)\Emuladores\HyperSpin\HyperSpeech The whole folders Emuladores and subfolders have admin rights and every exe inside the whole Hyperspin folder has admin activation aswell. The hyperspin works perfectly, and all the the main videos folder is in the right place. Please help Boogie, come back, we need you.

I already have HyperSpeech on my system, i renamed the exe to the ledblinky.exe as a false blinky and have all that working but not I want to incorporate EDS and HyperMarquee any help is appreciated! really?.... asking everywhere but where you should seek help... boy you like it rough!

In answer to your edited post as I don't use blinky, EDS or HyperMaquee. You can buy additional voices for your OS from companies like Ivona or Natural readers. Ivona Amy is a recommended voice to use and if you're on Windows 10 I think it's probably using the new Cortana voice, but I haven't checked for sure.

DJQuad Posted May 14, 2016 Posted May 14, 2016 I admittedly didn't realize that you specified Amy was an Ivona voice, not a Loquendo voice. No wonder I couldn't find it. lol So unless someone can confirm otherwise, in Windows 10 no Loquendo voices work, only Ivona voices do. Amy did for me, but after installing Joey and Eric they worked too. I'm not sure if I should stop there and be happy with it, or morph it. I know many scripters that can fix what Boogieman started, but at a nominal cost. It could be done, and more importantly maintained, but all this for free and the contributions the community makes for free would make me feel funny if something suddenly costs. On one hand I'm not opposed to hiring professional scripters to make HyperSpin a whole lot easier to use as it should be, but at the same time this community's contributions should remain free. Wow that rant. Sorry.. lol. I guess let me know.
