Hello all, my name is Alvaro and I´m from Córdoba Argentina. Lately I have started a project which is building an Arcade machine using MAME and other emulators. Since I started such project I have been looking for the best Front End and according to all reviews this one is... although it has some serious system requirements compared to others luckely for me my pc can handle them. So, here I am and hoping to get Hyperspin running on my arcade ASAP!!! is good to meet you all and I will be asking a lot of questions Best Regards Alvaro

Hi there, im Dennis.Aged 36 from the Netherlands. I've just started with my bartop arcade project so i could play the games i like from the past with my 2 sons. My arcade machine will be primarily aimed at MAME and Commodore Amiga and perhaps some nintendo/Playstation. I was hoping to use hyperspin as a front end, but i find the software insanely difficult to setup and im not quite ready to spend 50 usd on a platinum plan yet.

Good morning and nice to meet everyone. Jason from West Des Moines, Iowa, US here! I got the itching after some youtube videos on HyperSpin. I went out and bought a maxed out Alienware Alpha and a 6TB raid drive. I have been collecting rom files for years and I though it was time to do something with them constructively. I love this program so much I even donated the $50 to be a Platinum Member! Anyone know how long it takes before it kicks in?

Hi I've threatened to make a cabinet for a few years now, but never had the time, money and space all at once. right now, i have the money and space, but not the time, so i'm picking up all the bits i need for when i have time, as hopefully i'll always have the space for it from here on out got plenty of time to read up on the setup etc on my commute, just not a lot of free time at home to actuall get things rolling. hyperspin looks awesome, and the hypersync looks like it takes a lot of the complication out of the process. good job guys! hopefully i won't post too many silly questions, as i'm more inclined to read than post

Hello I just wanted to introduce myself. I'm from Detroit Michigan and I super eager to get started building an arcade machine. I have zero experience in the whole wood making part of a build (but happy to learn). I may have jumped the gun a little early by making a spontaneous purchase of an X-arcade tankstick w/trackball that came with maximus arcade fe software. But i think i'm gonna use it (the arcade stick not the fe) for learning with my first arcade cab. I'm hoping to learn enough from all the reading I'm gonna be doing from the forums. I can't wait to get started and share with you guys what I make and learn! Any thoughts on the maximus arcade software any way…

I need a first post for the messages to dissappear. So Hi, setting up my first cab. Lots of reading to go. Have the software pretty much ready, now trying to get a handle on the hardware wiring.

Hi eveyone! I’ve been into Hyperspin for a while now and I think it’s time for me to present myself. My name is Danilo and I’m from Chile. I’ve got to say that I play videogames since I got memory (even when you couldn’t save the game so you had to play it till the end, haha). I saw this project and I’m so grateful I joined, since the community is really nice and I can see the effort to make something great. I don’t have an arcade machine yet but I’m working on it, so far I only got a 2 player arcade control panel but I have plans on doing a bigger one to add some spinners and light guns (hopefully with your help too ) You know, some time ago I was part of a…

Nostalgia bit me on the ass and now I have to relive the days when I snuck in to the pool hall to play Asteroids. Got my first job sweeping and cleaning up a gas station so I could get my fix! Looking forward to learning alot on this journey.
