Hi I installed hyperspin and rocketlaucher . I can go in the apps and see every game but if i click on one, there is nothing and i have no idea where to find the games and how the emulator works. Please Someone Help me.

I am stuck with this error while trying to run atomiswave or Naomi through RetroArch in RocketLauncher. It works outside of RL, but when trying to launch the game through HyperSpin, I get this error: There was an error waiting for the window "RetroArch ahk_class RetroArch". Please check you have the correct version emulator installed for this module, followed any notes in the module, and have this emulator working outside your Frontend first. Also turn off Fade to see if you are hiding your problem.

For some reason, after exiting MAME there's a 30 second or more delay of blank screen before Hyperspin returns. I'm running only MAME .149, the latest Hyperspin version, LEDBlinky (only to automatically set the digital restriction mode on the 49-way joys with GPWiz-49s), and the Hyperspin Startup Script (was the only way I could get the joysticks to work in Hyperspin consistently). When running MAME from a command prompt, there's no exit delay. Any suggestions?

I tried searching the forum for a solution to this but couldn't find it. I want to use 2 controllers for playstation 1 games but only 1 is working. I am using Retroarch 1.8.5 with the BEETLE PSX HW core. I am using 2 Brook Universal Fight Boards as XBOX 360 controllers. I am able to setup the inputs in core settings and save them but when I run a game only player 1 controller is recognized player 2 doesn't exist. I have attached images of my settings. I have no problems getting 2 players to work with Retroarch for nes,snes,genesis,SMS or 3DO. Also weird I rebooted computer now the controllers are being seen as xinput not windows 360 con…

Dear Folks: I write you because I have a problem I am not able to solve. When I lauch MAME on Hyper spin I have a bad image like the freq. is lower than it shoud be ( image flickers) and also the iamge itself and the colors are not good ( also similar like Scanlines). If I launch the games directly from mame emulator it works perfectly. Do you have any idea about whats going on and how to solve it? Thanks

Hi All I have added an NDS emulator DesMuMe to my hyperspin/rocket launcher frontend. All is working in rocket launcher and when I press "Esc" it will quit out of DesMuMe. But when I use HyperSpin, and I press "Esc" it goes out and back to the nds game wheel but I can still hear the Emulator running in the background. I have tried using the autohotkeys (ahk files) to perform the 'Alt+f4' to exit but it just doesn't work. I have tried to mod the module and still it doesn't work. First let me say that it’s been a while since I’ve been on the board so just sending some greeting to everyone and hopefully everyone is doing well. what’s the best way to play horizontal games on a vertical screen? ive seen a video of someone using a custom horizontal bezel for the vertical screen and I’ve seen others that seem to have the screen or resolution stretched? im definitely interested in trying to horizontal bezel route but can’t seem to find any for vertical screens.

I wish there was a way to save “slider options” permanently but through a research I did, everyone says it’s almost impossible. They say we have to do it for each mame game separately in each .ini, it’ll take an eternity. I tried to change: RocketlauncherUI mame HLSL: true or ini..nothing HyperHQ mame video scanlines activated...nothing Change mame.ini scanlines amount...nothing All of the above together simultaneously...nothing Hyperspin seems to “ignore” any change and open mame games with default video options. Hello: I decided today to add AAE to my hyperspin & rocketlauncher on a windows 10 PC I have everything setup (DB,themes,wheels,video,where the roms & emulator are located). But when I click on aae.exe nothing happens. I thought it was a compatibility issue but have tried setting the compatibility from windows sp, 95, 7 and none of them work the exe file still doesn't open/launch. what else can I try? So i have PC Games setup in RocketLauncher and it launches the games fine. But when the loading game screen is done it shows the command line box for a second or 2. How can i get a clean start like other emulators with out seeing the command line box?

I am finishing my cab and am using usb2gun pcb which are seen by windows as analog joysticks. Demul only uses mouse for guns. Joytomouse tool allows absolute mouse which tracks perfect. I could not get joytokey to track consistently it was all over the place. my question is can I have hyperspin just launch joytomouse with demul and close with demul? if so how?
