I expect it's a nightly retroarch core problem.

What version of MAME (Arcade) are you using?

My guess is badhemi is running it on an older core if you can't get it to work when launching from retroarch itself

i assume it stooped working, as my whole team has tried it. in its entirety and it can confirm it does not work.

seems like most of MAME (Arcade) core doesn't work.

maybe can shed some light on the ini file. or what your doing to "make it work"

when i click a game it brings me into retroarch main menu. I really can't get any games to work with Mame arcade

sounds like you don't have bios directory set or roms aren't named the same as the mame hash xml files

In Retroarch or Scummvm, but better to run them directly in those, if you set the games up in Hyperspin you have to put all files from separate games in one folder, so it gets really messy fast. Although you could do it if you only wanted to add a couple of games and they didn't have any files that were named the same.
