UPDATED: Vectorized versions HyperSpin Footer Animations, Exit and Favorites menus (4:3 and 16:9)

Hi,

I made vectorized version of  Hyperspin Footer animations of the main menu (Next Game, Press Start, Free Play) and also Favorites and Exit menus ! 

Idea was to not have jagged animation when not running in Native Resolution (1024x768), or not stretched if running in 16/9:

• There is a Readme.txt file in the archive that explains how to test it
• Now are included 4:3 and 16:9 versions
• Now are included Favorites & Exit menus: (files are .swf renamed as .png to be accepted by HyperSpin)

Usually its best to drop the images in a thread like this with the .psd/.ai or similar file.

Hopefully the other art dudes will comment on them.

I dont think they will be added to the official download package as such but they can be moved to the main downloads section once submitted and some commemts made by an aprover

Cool...  are there both 4:3 and 16:9 versions? I'd love to get some 16:9 ones to fix that stretch look.

I found some once, but the quality was bad. These look sharp.

Can you try to put this one in Media\Main Menu\Images\Special\SpecialB1.swf and tell me if it looks good to you?

It's the non stretched version of the 4/3 version above...

if it works for you, i'll redo them all

The press start text looks awesome and sharp, the joystick is still stretched wide and the yellow text under the joystick looks the same.

I dowloanded those files, and I think mines are still relevant, because texts are 100% vectors and not resized bitmaps, so they should look like much cleaner no matter the resolution or aspect ratio.

Also, the two backgrounf files (exit & favs) are dynamically resized to the right aspect ratio in the swf, and not previously in photoshop, so it should look better as no loose of details on Hi resolutions (ie 4K)

Seem like an improvement to me. I know everyone likes vector.

When your already submit them to Upload here and Use "Frontend" and "Special Art" in the titles.

I upgraded the Favorties, Exit background and arrows to 100% vector, it should now appear very clean on any resolution

(re-draw from scratch)
