Just with vert cabs, in particular these were made for a cocktail style cab. I've started to wonder about horiz on some of these, maybe rework them to include a game flyer off to the side? The layout is really nice, I might move the cave logo on the table down to the bottom right, then scoot the picture of the lady up just a tad. I'm not sure of the wheel, I think because of the offset of the company logo. Just me but I try to keep every thing center lined. Maybe with some of theses vert shooters, since you're putting the company logo on the table, maybe leave it out of the wheel? Since like on ddp's either the game logo, or the Japanese characters are vertical it kinda makes it hard to work with. On this one only thing i would try is just the ESP RADE portion of the title including the characters under it. Cutting that out of the background pic. Great job - Vertical-Cocktail Cab Theme Project

jeepguy81 Posted January 4, 2011 Author Posted January 4, 2011 I liked the table background art, allot of that old asian style has a faded look, so i left that, but played with the color levels of the two characters to bring them up a bit. Tried to smooth out some of the pixelation as much as i could. Redid the CPO to mimic the one you had. Distorted that pic frame to match the table, and put a few overlap shadow, just on the screen area. SORHP Posted January 4, 2011 Posted January 4, 2011 Looks Great! the colors are definitely better, I feel like the Japanese logo needs to stand out a little to balance with everything a little more, I really like the shadows, the cp is just ok though (I didn't really like mine either), can you put a little more of your magic into it, or maybe I can if you don't have time? Over all; this theme is really turning out really awesome! did you check out the tron art btw? My Arcade Machines...

SORHP Posted January 5, 2011 Posted January 5, 2011 I think it all looks pretty good, at least we know what the game actually is now with the new wheel, if you'll upload the psd I'll finish the theme file and maybe make a few changes, I may have a few ideas for the CPO with the art you put on it, and I still would like cave to be on the wheel along with atlus...
