Titanusss Posted February 2, 2013 Posted February 2, 2013 Hi guys, This is what I'm working on now. Let me know what you think.
sparton Posted February 2, 2013 Posted February 2, 2013 looks great, the ONLY complaint I have is that you have not turned off the free play and arcade controls Any chance you could share your theme, art and video?
Titanusss Posted February 2, 2013 Author Posted February 2, 2013 Hi sparton. I did it this way because it's for my arcade cabinet and I have all systems like that. I'm going to upload the stuff through this next week. Still some things to clean.
pinsanity Posted February 4, 2013 Posted February 4, 2013 Excellent work. Look forward to the upload and checking it out in detail.
Titanusss Posted February 4, 2013 Author Posted February 4, 2013 Hi guys. This week it will be uploaded. guyverjay, the games you see in the video have been recorded by me, so those ones work pretty well. I've got some more and I'm waiting to purchase a new Geforce video card (this emulator works much better on Nvidia graphics). The emulator I use is JPCSP. It's still on development but some games are fully playable.
Titanusss Posted February 4, 2013 Author Posted February 4, 2013 And for the media, I did all wheels, boxes and videos. I made them really quickly just to complete this system on my Hyperspin (I lack photoshop skills). Feel free to redo them. Cheers.

You have some solid fps there which is pretty hard to achieve on some of those games in JPCSP, I can only run a handful of games on my system so I'm a bit curious about the your specs. If you made the videos and still have the source avi files will you consider submitting them to Emumovies? PSP videos are still non-existant. Nice work with the themes, they look pretty good.
Titanusss Posted February 4, 2013 Author Posted February 4, 2013 I don't have the source files anymore due to lack of harddrive space unfortunately... My specs are: Intel i5 3,20 GHz 12 Gb Ram DDR3 Ati Radeon HD 5770 1Gb (Getting it replaced soon by a GeForce GTX650 probably) For now, I just got to have those seen on the video working properly. I hope to get a better performance with the new video card. I could do the videos again but right now I don't have the time for that (really I don't). For now I'll update all the media I have. How do I do it? Just creating a user folder in \Upload Here? Is asking permission needed? Thanks.
brolly Posted February 4, 2013 Posted February 4, 2013 Thanks for the info, not sure if a new gfx will help much as cpu is the most important thing, but keep us posted and let us know if it makes any difference when you get it. JPCSP is a hog on resources right now, hopefully performance will be improved later on, but I must say making a PSP emulator in Java isn't the best idea No worries about the videos, they'll get done eventually. Yeah just create a folder with your username and upload away.
Titanusss Posted February 4, 2013 Author Posted February 4, 2013 There you go, uploaded to Uploaded Here\Titanusss\Sony PSP Tomorrow I'l upload the videos (it's almost time to go bed here). They' .flv's because I still use Hyperspin 1.2, so you can convert them to mp4 if you desire to. I've included Main Menu, System, Wheels, Boxes, Pointer and Database. For now this is a personal project I wish to share with you all and I'm not planning on making more media in a while until I get my cab fully configured. There's just one thing really needed... A module! Get fun and cheers.

Yeah just create a folder with your username and upload away. I found out JPCSP is optimized to work with Nvidia graphics. When using Ati cards it produces many glitches, bad texture loading, etc. (Due to the shaders) so hopefully...
brolly Posted February 4, 2013 Posted February 4, 2013 There's a module for JPCSP already btw, check here: http://www.hyperspin-fe.com/forum/showthread.php?13884-HyperLaunch-2-0-Gold-Modules Yeah I know ATI cards are problematic, just not sure if it will help performance wise, you can only be sure after you test it.
Titanusss Posted February 4, 2013 Author Posted February 4, 2013 Didn't know about this module. I'll give it a try. Thanks.
Ashek Posted February 5, 2013 Posted February 5, 2013 If you upload the template file you put your box art together with it might be helpful if people want to add some.
relic Posted February 5, 2013 Posted February 5, 2013 awesome i was looking for a psp theme and this looks fantastc great design right there im gonna grab this one 100%
Circo Posted February 5, 2013 Posted February 5, 2013 Are you uploading videos to the HyperSpin FTP? Vids get deleted during cleanup as there is not space on the FTP allocated to hold them. Upload vids to the emumovies ftp if your wanting to share. ___________________________________ HyperSpin Website Admin Team Also Visit EmuMovies.com
Titanusss Posted February 5, 2013 Author Posted February 5, 2013 Didn't know that Circo. I'll do it later. Thanks. Btw, was anyone able to run jpcsp with the module made by djvj?
32assassin Posted February 5, 2013 Posted February 5, 2013 thanks for the files, I found a very nice psp redraw and a 3d box template but I could not get the script to work, I managed to make one but it can only do one at a time:(. this is a system that really needs to be in a widescreen mode
Titanusss Posted February 5, 2013 Author Posted February 5, 2013 That looks nice. Having that script would be great. I did it 4:3 because is how my system is running.
relic Posted February 6, 2013 Posted February 6, 2013 hi can you include a main wheel for psp also i was thinking the logo could be the blue color for the wheel on the psp part 100%
