Longtime lurker. First time poster.

I've been speaking with Vitrolight about their stretched bar LCDSs. They have a 16:3 1920x360 screen that would be perfect, but they can only offer it in proper full screen if it's over USB. HDMI/DVI will result in 2/3 of the screen cut off.

I don't have any experience with USB screens. Would it work exactly the same in Windows and with this program?

I have a flag in the program for the Vitro displays. It will account for it only showing the 1/3 screen.

I just bought a 15" AOC USB LED monitor for my second display. It uses DisplayLink and at least in Windows 7 it acts just like any other second display. Works great with HS Helper. I'm finding 16:9 might be better for this because many times there's no marquee art so it displays the wheel art which looks better on 16:9 than 16:3

Turns out that with the Vitrolight display, if you get it with any standard display input like HDMI/DVI it will only display as 1/3 of the image, but if you get it with VGA they offer a USB decoder that will correctly display in full screen. I'm putting an order in so will let you how it turns out.

Any idea why mortal kombat komplete edition would cause hsh to stop working correctly?

The marquee image disappears when mkke has loaded, leaving my wallpaper on display, If I go into task manager I can see hsh is still running. If I minimise mkke, hsh marquee display shows up again, also hsh works as normal when I quit mkke.

Did you restart the program after changing the settings? I don't know that it will fix it but it definitely shouldn't look the same with that setting.
