Do I not make anything for Hyperspin?  

 

This of course could be just an administrator error. Or it could be something with a more cryptic meaning?  Maybe I watch too much x files hehe 

 

Its just I seen a lot of people throwing dummies and teddies out their prams lately so would like it confirmed.

Your best bet is to contact the section admin, admin or start a support ticket. Only admins are able to add/remove whatever has been stripped from you.

Yes, I opened a ticket, the last one took me 4 days to get answer and its still open. Just edging my odds with this. Lol.. I am trying to remake a new guide for the installs and I cant even get step one finished hehehehe

Ok guys this is getting silly now and I am now starting to get on the side that this is intensional and no one has the balls to speak up.
 
The matter of these silly tags and the fact that it seems my permission to download Hyperspin has been removed still has no solution, result or answer?
 
If someone has an issue with me then please let me know. If Hyperspin would not like me to make guides then again, just let me know. 
 
I have had a ticket open since the 13th which I update daily.
 
Without the simple permission to download Hyperspin and removal of tags without warning is now seeming more than just a mistake. Plus I cannot even make anorher tutorial or guide without it??
 
I dunno... Will leave it all open and pray for the best is all I can do.  I am not here for a cry, but Im not the kinda dude who hangs out at a party Im not invited.

I know there are many that are patiently waiting for more of your great videos. You tutorials are the ONLY reason i'm a paid platinum member here. I'd sure hope that there is not any ill will toward you and what you do. I hope this works itself out sooner rather than later and to a resolution that leads to more of your videos. Cheers.

Agreed.  Between you and Gigapig, and a couple of others, there's no chance I'd have continued with this hobby as it would have taken me far too long to figure everything out on my own or by reading through all of these forums, which just isn't an option between full time job, wife, 2 kids, coaching soccer, coaching baseball, and enjoying other hobbies. 

 

I can't imagine anything being intentional given your contribution, so I'm sure it's just a technical glitch. 

 

As Iggy says, be patient.  You want to be more Scully rather than Mulder at this point.

Very odd.   I have heard that some of the older mods here don't believing helping and that as a hobby, people should just figure it out.   Austin video's would go against this ironic moral code.   I do agree with some of the boys above, a couple of you guys are the only reason I am still here so far.  Thanks to those who truly help

Oh man. Without Austin showing me how great hyperspin is and how much better it is, in my opinion, than the frontend i was attempting to use I would have never been a paid contributor. I love these forums and I appreciate everyone's help. I only hope I can get to a point that I can help someone as much as Austin has helped me out!

Alrighty Austin....you should be golden now....I had a peek on how permissions were constructed....could you test your permissions whenever you get the chance please?  It looked like your primary and secondary groups were swapped around....maybe a technical glitch?   I apologize this has taken so long.

Thanks for the great support guys, I have no idea what is going on?  Like I said, this has been open for like a week now and I have used the correct channels and opened this thread as I was getting no help in the support ticket I opened and updated daily.  I appreciate what the admins say they are doing and I do seem to have  the ribbons back.  However privs do not seem to be given.
 
Thank you for looking into this for me admins, however I still do not seem to be able to do the most simple of things... download HyperSpin.  I have used Mozzila, Chrome, IE, cleared cache, restarted machine, even tried in on my phone and I always get the error:

I am not sure what else to do?

 

I am not angry, hurt or anything, hell its the tinternet hehehe.  But after a week of doing all I can, getting little to no feedback and zero help for what seems to be a simple problem it can easily get to the point that I start to get the hint.  Tempers seem to have been high around here lately and people seem very touchy about certain things.  With whats happening to my account out of the blue I am sure you can see my point. 

 

I know tech has glitches all the time... but there is almost always a logical trail or reason.  As this has happened out of the blue and seems to be only me effected Im getting the cheech'n'chong paranoia thing going on hehehe.  All vids will always be available, they are there to help people not make any points etc.  The reason I could not make any more with Hyperspin was that I need the actual HyperSpin files to make it work.  Plus it doesnt look very good when making a tutorial that when you got o download the product you are teaching, it shows you dont have permission hehehe.

 

Looks like the Hyperspin guys are helping out and all looks genuine so will see how it goes down.  I would ask that anyone with good intentions or bad just give the guys here the benefit of the doubt and see how this works out.  Yes, it has been a week already, but seems its now getting looked into.  Please, lets not let this tarnish the great help many of the great guys here do and the fantastic work admins and even non members put into this great hobby.
