Here is another one of my experiments:

Using BGB emulator.

Why would anyone have a SGB wheel? Well some SGB compatible game have enhancements like custom music, borders, multiplayer and of course special colors. I made the xml from a list of SBC with special enhancements (not just colorized).

xml consists of only entries from the existing gb and gbc database. point hyperlaunchhq to gb/gbc rom directories and copy over the existing wheels.

I like it, although I never fully understood why the design of the snes differed so greatly between the US and Japanese or PAL versions.

Thank you sir, FYI, it's called Nintendo Super Game Boy, not Gameboy. I changed the filenames on your folder, but couldn't change the foldername itself. So if you want to do that, please do.

I noticed you're using BGB and I personally prefer VBA-M, so I've updated the module to support this system and use the SGB features which can be found here: http://www.hyperspin-fe.com/forum/showthread.php?28334-VisualBoyAdvance-M-Module&p=291537&viewfull=1#post291537

Here's an edit of your main menu theme that I feel looks a little better with a nice sized video. Added a throb animation to the title as well to give the theme a little life.

Fixed character escaping in game descriptions (only the game name needs to have certain characters escaped)

Removed SGB enhancement info from year field (personal preference)

Fixed Monopoly manufacturer (from Park Brothers -> Parker Brothers)

I greatly appreciate the enhancements to the theme and all work you put into my projects zero. I think the sbc enhancement info in the database is very important and helps to justify the existence of the wheel.

Thanks for this. One thing though. You've not included Donkey Kong in your XML. Any reason why ? It has a fantastic SGB border.

I was revisiting this project and felt the need to fix the default theme wheels and create videos.

For the videos I don't need anything fancy just the title screen or intro displaying the border and music.

I created the first 10 so far:

that's 10 of 142. Would anyone care to help me? If 10 people did 10 videos this would be done quick.

videos are in my emumovies folder

Well I was unsatisfied with my lazy videos so I redid every single one now with gameplay. At my current rate I expect the project done in a week.

Do you record in fullscreen, non stretched, without shaders?

I could only find 1 video in your EM upload folder

check again. At about the same time as your post I had deleted my old videos and uploaded the new ones.

settings:

system - sgb +gbc

graphics - sgb border in acreenshot, only sgb border

I could just make a video of all the option tabs and settings if needed.
