sent you an email with a screen shot of what you described in your post. at the current width, its not possible to get the std dmd cutout for the vishay display and 4" speaker holes. Frankly speaker holes at all are really a no go with a total width of only 50.12cm when you figure in the dmd cutout.

yeah my 192x64 plasma screams as well when most pixels are lit some thing to do with the amount of load on the onboard switch mode psu
