The HyperSpin 2 beta is here!

We’re starting the first public testing phase with Platinum Members to keep the scope manageable while we test the current feature set and begin to add more. In the future, we’ll provide a version for basic members as well.  On behalf of the entire HyperSpin team, we look forward to another exciting adventure with our community.

What did you do on "No HyperSpin" weekend?

This weekend HyperSpin went offline while we moved her over to IP.Board.  What did you end up doing with your time? Let us know in the comments below.

Just as long as you were not torching arcades....that's just not cool man.

I hit refresh a lot...lol.  I just started using hyperspin so I had planned on reading in the forums all weekend but that didn't really work out. Glad everything is back online!

I celebrated Orthodox Easter (i'm of Greek heritage). Enjoyed a beautiful lamb on the spit and heaps of other great food. Just waking from my food coma ;)

Had some family time and went to the Cotswold Wildlife park on Sunday.

Played some Smash TV, and watched The Hobbit - Battle of Five Armies.

The food coma sounds good Intigod :)

Exercise outdoors.

Refined some settings for hyperspin, refined and remapped a few controls, turned off wheel sounds (for now). added a few missing games and pinball tables.

played Hearthstone and Mame.

Dazz are you into that FPV racing? if so, you owe it to your hyperfriends to post videos of that.  I too was playing Smash TV and didnt beat my score...yet

I tried to setup Dreamcast but failed miserably, due to the lack of Hyperspin forum access. So i gave up trying and played some Tapper, which made me thirsty, the rest of the weekend is a blur.

For those of you that don't know what FPV drone racing is... Think Star Wars Pod Racing, in real life, using a first person view camera wearing goggles that put you in the drivers seat. A real life racing video game that costs real $$$ when you crash.

This isn't my video, but one of the guys in our club.

I spent time working on my MultiWilliams arcade machine build and built a new arcade stick

I also changed Joysticks on my Electrocoin Centi machine and make it feel a lot better

and when on the laptop I just tweaked a few setting on hyperspin as its an on going project

oh and had some crazy dilemma trying to buy an original Pole Potion cabinet which in the end fell though

(still for sale but seller started to get greedy so had to walk away)

Spend it doing what I've been spending the last few months doing. Making sure every game works, adding alternative emulators where needed and removing games that don't work. Adding DOS games to De-Fend, adding PC games and wallpapers as fade backgrounds and so on.

Also been adjusting video settings in Retroarch on a game per game basis to make sure I don't get any black borders.

Lots of work!

I spent it uploading media to this damn website, till my eyes felt like they were gonna burn outta my head. Oh, and lots of beer too. Honestly though, the whole admin/mod team busted ass to get it done. It was worth the reactions
