Hi all When I go to the input settings in Time Crisis, I squeeze the trigger for gun trigger and get Mouse Button 1 Gun 1 Button 0. Then I squeeze the left red button for foot pedal and it gives me the same thing! The right button doesn't read even though it is programmed as right click. Can anole help me please it wos working with mame 154 jumps version but change to 155 and something change.

I had an earlier thread about xpadder settings in Hyperspin. Worked that out already. Thanks Ghutch. My current issue is when I plug 2 of the same model controllers into my system. They are both Retrolink n64 like controllers. I've set up the profiles in xpadder, test independently and everything works fine. The issue comes with (I think) the controller names and profiles. They are both named "RetroLinkN64" after a quick registry change from "Generic USB Controller" The are seen in xpadder as RetroLinkN64 [1] RetroLinkN64 [2] and as such, the profiles names have the [1] and [2] in the .xpaddercontroller settings. Is there a way to add bezels to each rom on HyperSpin? I finally have Mame working with all the artwork and videos, but I can't get the bezels to work. I have most of the bezels and I'd like to add them. I can get the bezels to work on MAME, but not when using MAME thru Hyperspin. Thanks

Hi there! I have got Hyperspin up and running and all is working correctly except when I want to exit a game and open another one. I have tried on many different systems and emulators and its always the same. After pressing ESC to close a game, I cannot press enter and load a different game. After investigation it looks like after the emulator has closed correctly, hyperlaunch is still running in the background. If I ALT-TAB out and right click exit hyperlaunch on the notification area and close, I can ALT-TAB back in and open a second game successfully. Seems like a global issue that I havnt set? Any help on this would be greatly appreciated! Thanks Rob

Hi there, I've been looking around for a while trying to find an easy to follow general guide on how to add games but I am finding it a bit hard, can anyone recommend a good page to follow? I've added the wheel to hyperHQ and got the PC games XML but I am having a bit of trouble populating it, I have opened it to manually add the games I want for it, Added a shortcut to the game in a specific folder, used that folder as the rom folder in hyperHQ yet the list generator lists it as no game. is there something I am doing wrong?

Say I have 2 wheels. Say a Neo Geo only emulator and a Mame emulator. Both have neo geo game themes, but I don't want to use double my hard-drive space. Is there any way to have all the themes in my mame folder but still have the neo geo wheel use them???

I've got a rotating monitor setup which I'm planning to integrate with HyperSpin. Since HyperSpin doesn't officially support portrait orientation, what I'm thinking of doing is splitting portrait and landscape MAME games into two separate sub-wheels under MAME. So, for example, selecting MAME from the Main Wheel would take you to a sub-wheel with MAME-Portrait and MAME-Landscape. Selecting MAME-Landscape would take you to the default MAME wheel. Selecting MAME-Portrait would take you to a modified MAME wheel with all graphics rotated and sized to simulate a vertical layout (similar to JeepGuy81's cocktail layout). Hi!, To get full support for xpadder i am ussing a mess compiled with directinput support and no nag (64 bits). Xpadder works fine, but.... When i'm playing, after 1 minute i get an error..."There was an error waiting for the window MAME...." I have changed the lines in the module: WinWait("ahk_class MESS64") WinWaitActive("ahk_class MESS64") i have tried with mame64, MAME64, mess64, MESS64, but the error appears... Any ideas?

When launching FreeDO in Hyperspin, I receive an error saying that I'm missing a config file, and should launch FreeDO manually to generate one. Problem is that FreeDO doesn't appear to be creating any config file when launching FreeDO by itself. Anyone else run into this issue when setting up FreeDO in Hyperspin?

OK, this is driving me nuts, trying to get Xpadder working with Future Pinball, anyone else have issues? I am using a 360 controller Xpadder is fine withh al my other systems. I even tried manually selecting the profile and launching a table and the keys just are not doing anything. Keyboard controls work fine, mapped left shift and right shift to the bottom right and left triggers on controller, when I press them nothing.

So I thought I would play a little daphne. But all of my games are stretching to fullscreen for no observable reason. It makes the quality seem lower and sometimes cuts off parts of the screen. It was fully functioning before. Anyone encounter a similar problem or have any ideas? Thanks, Steve

I've made sure I have the XML in the databases area and have the ahk in the modules area. I verified the folder names are correct as "Super Nintendo Entertainment System". I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Every time I try to enter the SNES area on my main menu wheel, I just see a flicker and it bounces me back. My NES and N64 work just fine. Those are the only 2 other areas I've setup so far. So not sure what it can be. I test in Hyperlaunch and it works fine. The emulator loads and I can play the game. But since I'm just trying to open the SNES menu and not actually select and play a SNES game, Hyperlaunch should be irrelevant anyway. Thanks for the help in a…

Hello everyone Having a problem with hyperspin when playing with 2 players or more. I'm using an xarcade tankstick, works fine. Except when we get rocking with 2 player games. When playing games, some multiple joystick button combo causes the game screen to minimize and completely messes up the vibe! Then we have to quit, and restart the game. Is there anyway to check with hyperspin to disable this or set it To an almost completely impossible combo???

So a friend of mine game me some wicked mame xml files, but I drop them in and they don't show up on my wheel. I put them here Hyperspin/databases/mame With all the other xml lists. But they are not showing up. I don't know how he made them but they work for him. Just curious if anyone might know why my machine isn't seeing them?

Hello, I have multiple versions of one gme in Hyperspin, when I browse my games. I would like to keep only 1 version of the game instead of the 2, 3, or 10 versions of the game. I didn't change anything on my MAME.XML file, just downloaded automatically via hypersync. Pretty straight forward question, but didn't find a proper answer (I checked don's Hypertools, Clrmamepro but afraid of mess with it too...) Thanks for your help guys!

Hey guys, i'm trying to add more emulators thru HyperLaunch HQ, but i can't seem to figure out how to update the database "which is what i'm thinking the problem is". When i'm in HyperLaunch HQ, on the left side. It only says 20 systems found. I want to add Nintendo Game Boy and Nintendo Game Boy Color, but i don't see it. When searching thru the folders, i noticed it only shows the 20 systems in the Hyperspin/Database folder, and also in the Hyperspin/Settings and Hyperspin/Hyperlaunch/Settings. dudes, why in name of zeus's mighty lightning firing bunghole does our community have a facebook page when there is nothing being posted that resembles community activity? Now, I know that some of our content could be deemed sensitive with emulators and copyrighted content etc... Im new to Hyperspin and i have been trying to understand when to unzip things. Some of the tutorials i see people using Zipped Roms and Unzipped/rar Roms. I have 7z setup but my roms that are zipped still do not show. Are there any small complete setups that are for testing and learning? Just to see something working and to compare back to? Thanks.

I created an Exclude.xml file with List Generator and put the xml file in the same folder as my Gameboy Advance.xml folder and the games are still showing up on the Game Boy Advance wheel in Hyperspin. How do I remove the games that I do not want showing up on the wheel. HyperRom2XML would be a friggin' awesome program if it wrote the syntax for "&" correctly and wrote "&". But anyways I digress, how do I get my Exclude.xml files to function correctly?

A big hello from Ireland to all the Hyperpin experts, I hope to find you well. This is my first post so go a bit easy. I have a few general questions that I am hoping you can help me out please. I did have a look around before I posted this, as I didn't want to waste your time if these were answered already but I couldn't find them. I have tried a bunch of things. Nothing seems to be working. On top of it, I can launch a dreamcast using daemon tools from the normal interface. So im presuming the problem lies in hyperspin itself? Any ideas? Thanks Chris

Hi I'm struggling to start games in hyperspin. Basically, all games have been audited, both a keyboard and an xbox 360 controller have been mapped. I can navigate the wheel using both keyboard and controller. After I press start and select a game to play, the intro video for the game plays but when I press start/enter again to actually start the game nothing happens, I just seen enter coins/free play on the opening screen. The same happens If I test a rom using hyperlaunchHQ.

Sorry to be a pain but I've read other posts and I'm lost trying to add my first emulator from scratch. I can add themes and have conquered a few things, rom names, images etc but this is driving me nuts! I gave up trying to use MESS with the Atari 2600 pretty quick and switched to the latest version of Stella (v4.1.1 for win32) The Atari 2600 was added via HyperHQ and I have a theme and a database that seems to be a perfect match for my roms. When I select a game it does NOTHING! The emulator works standalone but via Hyperspin... no joy!
