I can't seem to figure out how to stop the logo from loading. I can make it bounce, fade, etc. based on the choices on the bottom of the HyperTheme screen but I cannot figure out how to make it not appear at all. It always loads for a second or 2 before my background image covers it up. I must be missing something very simple. Any ideas? Thanks!

Hi all, Win 10 - 32 bit, i5 processor, old-ish graphics card. I've been using Hyperspin with only MAME for several months. I've needed occasional tweaks here and there, but never had a crash issue until now. (I routinely run Tekken 3 and MK3 without issue, fwiw) Today I finally decided to download the wheel art for MAME. At first, it seemed to work fine. Then I changed the Wheel Image Sizes in HyperHQ to make the selected ROM appear relatively larger on the wheel. This is where things got weird: The wheel art for each ROM would disappear when it was at the pointer, and reappear once you moved on to another game. Annoying. I changed the size back to …

I'm trying to make my own theme but I cannot figure out how to remove the yellow circled text in the picture I attached. The toggles in Hyper HQ modify it somewhat but I'm not seeing an option to remove it completely. Thanks.

So, is there a tag, to disable or hide a game in mame.xml, that way when you pull up the genre the game will still load? I tried by removing games from the mame.xml, then went to the the genre. The games are viewable, but do not load. Is there a way to do this or do I have to just make a new wheel? Thanks for your time

Mame, is a new beast to me, system emulation under my belt. questions: 1. I have updated my mame set from 0.202 to 0.205. I used clrmamepro. I got the mame list from MAME64 0.202. I set options, scaned and fixed all. Then I rebuilt with all my update packs in one go. 0.202 to 0.203, 0.203 to 0.204, 0.204 to 0.205. Is this done right? I also updated mame64 at that point to 0.205. 2. CHD files, The ones I have, based off games that need them, should they been in the rom root folder, each game CHD inside of its own folder labeled for the rom name it belongs to. Example rom folder: file sfiii.zip in root, folder sfiii in root with CDH to sfiii inside. fil…

Is there any way to get the wheel over the artwork and not below, on PC? On Nvidia shield everything is reloading (dissapear) when scrolling wheel. Setting animate_out_default=true makes it go over the artwork when scrolling, but makes all artwork animate out, looks weird.

I am building my first full cabinet and am having a heck of a time getting Fusion to exit back to Hyperspin without hitting ESC on a keyboard. I am using Autohotkey to bind my tankstick keys and it works in both hyperspin and other emulators to exit the program (i being ESC) in this instance but Fusion does nothing. I am also using autohotkey to bind my tankstick and track ball as a mouse in case i exit back to windows which functions fine when the script is active as well. Unfortunately if I cannot get fusion to exit back to hyperspin I will have to scrap master system, genesis, and 32x all together. Here is my current hotkey setup with ESC setup as the exit key in…

Hey all, I had a well-working Windows 8.1 setup on my arcade cabinet with Hyperspin, Rocketlauncher, Xpadder, and Hyperspin Startup Script in it. I upgraded my PC to Win10 and copied everything over as is, grabbed sxs.dll to get it to work with Win10 (version2004) and am almost back to where i was before. ISSUE: When I launch Hyperspin my Joystick and Buttons don't work until i return to desktop and click on the xpadder window. I can see that xpadder has loaded the correct profile for me as expected. After clicking xpadder window I return to Hyperspin and will be able to control everything. The same thing happens when i launch any emulator such as Retroarch. Th…

I'm using xpadder with hyperspin and I would like to setup individual system controls for the console emulators that I have on the system as I have controllers for NES, Super NES, PlayStation, Genesis etc that work for the PC. Just wondering how a fix for the latest version of Windows 10 (2004) is coming along... There's no going back to a previous version for me (and I'm sure that's the case for others as well) so here we are stuck with broken HyperSpin setups until a fix or workaround or SOMETHING becomes available for the latest version of Windows. Really sucks too because I was just getting back into it again since the last time Windows broke it in 2018. I know it's not your guys's fault (it's Windows) but we're going on over a month now (in quarantine mind you) with nothing to do but hope that a fix is right around the corner. I’m using windows 7 and when I plug the usb from my aimtrak gun and start hyperspin it goes crazy causing the hyperspin wheel to keep spinning not allowing me to pick any game console until I disconnect it. Can someone help me with this problem I would greatly appreciate it

Probably some will think I'm nuts for wanting MESS for some consoles..... But the way I look at, it's a lot key mapping after setup... I've built my own machine before using MAME, Daphne, MESS, and a few other emulators but that was 14 years ago.... Time for an update! (past time really). However. I'm having a heck of time getting 2600, 5200, 7800 to run on any type of frontend. Games are working in MESS, both mess64 and messui64, V221 However, I've tried Hyperspin, LaunchBox, Maxius Arcade, and a few others, and NOTHING will launch MESS and Atari. I bought a custom arcade a few years back, as I’m not technical nor do I have any carpentry skills. Someone here posted a pair of custom playlists - one for 3-player, the other for 4-player games. I have the xml’s, but I don’t know how to get them on my main wheel. Can someone either help me out or point me to a video? For fix go here´: Compelte Fresh install, all DirectX, VCRedist, DirecX and so on installed. Task ist launched (as seen in Taskmanager) but not picture is shown or audio. Same is with HyperHQ. Same Hyperspifiles work on older W10 Build.

Hey guys, Quick question, any secret sauce to launch Epic Store games via Hyperspin? First time I needed to do this with the release of Samurai Showdown. Launching the exe starts loading the game, but then its unable to connect. Tried launching the shortcut, but doesn't seem Hyperspin likes that with these type of weird url shortcuts Epic creates. Any other solution than waiting for a pirated version for a game I purchased??? Starting to hate this Epic Store even more...

Hi.. for a few days hyperspin from this problem, I don't understand what may have happened ... continuing the running of the script the games load normally, every time I change the game the error reappears and this for every type of emulator. i tried to erase everything and reinstall both hyperspin and rocketlancher but the problem reoccurs. do you have any solution? thank you all
