Anyone using JJB's Cinematic themes on Android. I have only just figured out how to make them work!! (I take no credit as JackJamesBaker told me how to do it. THANK YOU JJB) Here is an example I have added some artwork to prevent the video being copied from YouTube. (bit over the top but just incase, because his stuff is being watermarked and made availiable to Premium users only) SEE POST #3 for How to Change the name of this .zip to match the JJB video you are setting up. How do you find the USB ID in es file explorer so I can change the path to the roms to an external? I noticed every time I plug it in I get or example, USB2004, USB2005 etc If I browse to local\storage it is blank. But I can see it as USB200X etc. Thank you Luis

Hello guys - I have had a previously running HS setup on my shield with the default HS Main menu. I decided to slam my current HS setup / Theme Of Aeon MQ6 by TheNewYear onto my shield HDD and turns out that's not compatible. Should've read the 'known issues' thread first. So my question is, Are there any System wide themes that work on droid?

I have a shield TV. I have a micro SD installed with a hyperspin directory which contains a settings and emulators directory. I got the android settings from the forum. Inside the emulators folder, I Ave various folders like mame, Nintendo entertainment system, etc. I've also got retroarch installed. Just screwed around with that for a few minutes and it seems that it sees my mame Roms just fine. How can I troubleshoot hyperspin? I've cleared data and cache and reinstalled.

I know all the tutorials say to drop the Hyperspin folder onto the root of my USB drive and I do have a working setup like this. However, I am running out of space on my USB drive and decided to move over to a USB HDD that I have and hardly use. The problem is it is a Seagate GoFlex Satellite (wireless) drive. The way these drives are structured there are a bunch of system files on the root of the drive that run the wireless "OS" and the actual data is stored in a data folder. When connected wirelessly the system automatically directs to the data folder so none of the files on the root are seen, but when connected via USB all the files are visible and my roms would be…

Hello, is there a way to make the wheel fade out fully or make it more transparent after u stop scrolling games/systems? It stays on top of some of the themes im using and ruins the look. Thank you

Anyone know why if I don't have a main menu wheel image the text for that system name doesn't show? Text shows for the games in the sub wheel just not the main menu wheel.

Hello everyone, need help with something: when trying to switch off my shield, it will not turn off if my external hdd is connectrd to it. As soon as i disconnect ot from the tv, it will turn off. Any ideas?

I remember mentioning this in a thread but cant find it. Anyway there is an Android PS2 emulator call Play! but hardly any games run or if they do @ low fps. If anyone knows of a better one please share Just setup Aeon Flux to launch from hyperspin and getting between 5 and 15fps and thats one of the better games!!!!!!!!!! Hi all, im struggling to wonder why people wanted the mupen64 core back in retroarch so much, compared to nightly build version of mupen64plus it is really slow. Is there a way to speed the retroarch core up? thanks

Apologies for spamming the forums!! I'm getting close to starting to setup MAME on Shield TV but only want to do it once!! Am I right in saying that there is no MAME android emulator that will launch games if they are named as Hyperspin XML database? My database and media has to be named as the MAME roms short name.

Anybody has an idea where recorded videos are stored on shield tv? I checked sdcard/movies and the folder is empty. On the shield tablet, that is where they were stored. What about shield tv?

Hello All, I was wondering if there is anyway to run MAME4droid thru HyperSpin?, I have HyperSpin setup and running fine on my shield tv but i would love to have it setup and running thru hyperspin because mame4droid emulator runs extremely well and would love to have it happen. I have Mame thru RetroArch but it's fair at best. thanks
