What’s your process for updating the core plugin? The I have seen it get stuck on extracting before also. close HQ and quit from system tray. Open again head to plugins tab and use the reinstall button on the plugins page.

Nothing to do other than hit the download button in the forum menu. Only platinum and content creators upwards can see that download afaik. im sure some of those FX3 themes would look great with the new HyperTheme tools!

HyperHQ was fine for me but i'm having the same issue with emumovies. Confirmed credentials by logging into EM

Did you find one? I have been setting up classic controller games this week. I just used the Wikipedia page for reference but I’m only having a few games

Hi, 1. Media is not the focus of the beta and will get updates in due course 2. Collections/_override media were added recently and are not fully featured yet. there is a new update in the works with some fundamental changes. I would suggest trying again when version .37 is released soon. Check back in a few days

I’m guessing/assuming the media/metadata is not the main focus of the beta. Certainly good to know issues on a game level to see if it’s a broader problem

Do you have them unchecked in the system sync options? Guess with the brand new overrides feature there’s no check implemented yet

Replied in your other thread with some context. Hyperspin Officially only sells a Platinum membership to this website. everything else is just illegitimate sales of things branded with the HyperSpin logo

Unfortunately we don’t support pre installed bought drives here. best action is to try and contact the person you bought it from. Setting up this stuff is very specific.

There is an option in HyperHQ to set EM video quality. It defaults to medium. moved to HyperHQ Support forum

The 2 Plugins have different versions to the main HyperHQ app

Adding your own media is not currently supported BUT there should be a build with that feature coming soon. As for the Mame main menu will have to check.

Moved topic over to HyperTheme Support I had multiple clients after changing client names between HyperHQ installs. Although HT allowed me to delete those straight away. lets see if anyone else can reproduce the issue.

@dreamwkrr for me at least this cart error you see only happens after pressing a button. On entry to the wheel the 1st game cart correctly displays. I have now saved the theme and published again. Can you try looking for it and downloading on HyperTheme to see if that corrects the error? I have done the same thing for Sega Saturn CDs (I adjusted the rotation timing also) that theme is also displaying correctly on my end now.
