I've been adding old games using DOSBox, everything is working Now I'd like to add some games that use a mouse (eg Battle Chess) but emulate the mouse using key strokes so it all works with my iPAC controller. I've been able to do this manually by starting a program called "NeatMouse" and launching via RocketLauncherUI... Is there a way to start a program for selected games automatically and kill them on exit? Alternatively, I can start NeatMouse on boot and activate/deactivate by hitting scroll lock... can this be toggled on/off automatically on a per-game basis? I feel like I might need to modify the DOSBox.ahk and ini files and create a 'per game' op…

Hi, I'm at a loss and have tried numerous things to solve this issue. When trying to add a game's name to Microsoft MS-DOS xml via RocketLauncher the game name does not populate in hyperspin. Also when I open the database in RocketLauncher I see there are many other game names that do not show up on the hyperspin wheel. I tried searching for other MS-DOS databases to see if RocketLauncher is opening the wrong one, but the other few databases I found do not match what is shown on the hyperspin wheel. Any ideas? please help.

i have an issue where the games Mario 1,2 and 3 will load then become un responsive except for the insert coin button which turns the screen black and i have to press escape on the keyboard this is on a bitcade machine

I'm in search of a way to display a controller diagram on a system theme either on demand or a small visual queue on the theme itself as to what controller needs to be used for the system, for example If I am on the SNES hyperspin theme, then i would see a small SNES controller somewhere on the theme or with a single key press. This is an obvious example...but there are some situations where it is not so obvious. Such as virtual boy would require a playstation controller; and so I would have a playstation controller icon somewhere on screen. Is there some sort of way i can do this?

So I had a hard drive die on me and now I have to rebuild my arcade machine. Unfortunately, I loaded up windows 10 so now my hyperspin wont load and I'm having troubles finding the fixed files (assuming thats my issue). Does anybody out there have a link to the repaired files? Thanks. Jimbo6

I’ve had a working system for sometime - all has been okay. 2 ultimarc 360 joysticks - no other controller. Tried to add an Xbox controller; couldn’t get it to work. Removed Xbox controller setting, however now the hyperspin wheel won’t stop spinning. I have the joystick, trackball and wheel un-checked in HyperQ/Control. When I start hyperspin, initial video doesn’t play and the wheel spins by itself. if anyone has any ideas, I’d be grateful.

My machine was in storage for over a year due to a recent move and when I powered it back on, Windows did its critical updates. On 5/15/21 it installed Win 10 Pro patch 20H2. Since that time, I cannot get HyperSpin to run no matter what I do. This happened to me before. The last time there was a patch that a user shared with me. I am hoping for the same. Thanks

To make the arcade machine even more interesting I would like that when a game is started and, for example, is not played for 5 minutes (in short, no activity) that the screen automatically returns to the main wheel so that you can see all games again. This way, at birthday parties etc the games remain interesting and I don't have to explain the exit button to go back to the main wheel. Is there a script or software available that causes the EXIT button to be pressed (aka a keyboard button) so that you go back to the main wheel? Searched online for autohotkey software but didn't find the right one. (in short: no activity in windows for X minutes > autokey X). Thank you…

Good day Every now and again the art disappears. The dart on the right is still there, the video still plays, but nothing works. I can "ctrl+alt+del" the PC to get to the task manager. Is this a bug? It happens all the time and the only way to get hyperspin back is to restart the PC. Config: Intel NUC nuc6cayh. 8G mem SSD boot and m.2 for games Windows 11 PRO. I reported the thing some years ago, honestly I dont' know if it is a problem related to my softwares combination or whatever but I have the same problem on multiple machines. The problem is really simple: HS uses a truckload of CPU when it's hidden and an emulator is running. In this case I'm pushing a bit the things using a 1080p 120frames to loop the background (the file inside the theme loads a swf in dark13 folder as background swf inside a theme does not loop) but this happens also using a 1080p png inside a swf, you'll notice it on weak rigs. Hi everyone , i recently had to upgrade my Win7 system. And since then my wheel has spinning and spinning. I have to say that I installed two DIY spinners (Arduino mouse emulator). With these I was able to steer the wheel up and down in hyperspin before the new installation. before it was like this: When I moved a spinner, the x or y axis mouse pointer moved. And the wheel moved in that direction. If I stopped the movement, the mouse pointer returned to the middle of the screen. Which also stopped the wheel. But now the mouse pointer doesn't return to the center and the wheel runs and runs. I don't remember installing any other software…

Something has gone haywire. Everything has worked great for years; now I can't access my favorites screen. When I go into HQ settings and assign a button with my keypad, it sets properly on the screen. However, when I go into Hyperspin, I can't see the favorites screen (or my favorites) when I press the assigned button. Looks like this may be a xpadder issue because my joystick isn't scrolling Hyperspin properly either. Any help?
