I thought I should make a dedicated thread to this new system, since the old thread was more focused on help and support. This system is composed of some hacks I gathered some time ago, there is literally millions of hacks out there, I missed some, some new will come, I chose not to add some, but what was added has all wheels, videos and logos. I can provide all media here, and the module plus configs that Rocketlauncher needs to make this system work, it has games from NES, SMS, Genesis, Sega CD, 32X, N64, NDS, and some other systems. Hello, i am fighting with Taito Type X Games to make them work in Rocket Launcher. I never really figured out what to do with the app wait exe and the fade title stuff and where to place them in the corresponding ini files. Now i had an apdate (win 10 64bit) and predominantly the horizontal shooters wont work, they stuck and show me only white screen. Can anyone help ? Greetz ObiWan12

Hello, Did some searches on this this but no luck or related to something else. Hoping there's a setting to desensitize the wheel movement in HS (I use my trackball & 8 way Comp joy). Best way to describe it is (without touch the trackball or joystick) and right after selecting a game to play the wheel jumps fore/aft a notch or two. Also sensitive when cycling through the games...not bad but a bit easy to overshoot. Any help on this appreciated much t

Hi Guys, I made a PC Games wheel and it worked great. So, I had idea to make an audio wheel using VLC to play. It has 7 different "ambient noise" files that I want to be able to launch from the wheel; but then let it play in background as I browse games. The MP3 files I have are just ambient noise background tracks from old arcades... I want to get the feeling of walking through an old arcade as I go through MAME or other game systems. Then, I have AHK script that has hotkeys that look for key press 5, 6, or 2 (player 1 or 2 COIN, or Player 2 START on my system). That shuts down VLC and the EXE I compiled the AHK into. In order to keep my main HS load restricted to games I play the most, I want to be careful about redundancy. Example: I don't have wheels for Sega Mark III, Sega Mega Drive, and Sega Mega-CD as the USA versions databases were easier to work with. Which Sega systems need separate rom paths and or emulators from MAME? I downloaded a big pack of video snaps from pleasuredome. They are mp4 and I installed klite and can get them to play. however in hyperspin I just get audio. I thought maybe ti was because they were mp4 but I downloaded a few from emumovies and they are also in mp4 format but theirs work. What is the deal with video snaps and how they need to be in order to work properly?

Hi All! Ok so since the windows 10 anniversary update I have had nothing but problems with Hyperspin and my Xbox One Controller. Firstly Microsoft re-mapped the buttons so I had to reset my settings in Mame and other settings, etc and the joystick option in HyperHQ no longer works etc etc..anyway I'm trying to get around this problem by using Xpadder, which does solve the problem but has created a new one which I can't seem to solve. Every time I start Hyperspin Xpadder starts maximized in front of Hyperspin. I have set xpadder to minimize I have set Hyperhq to minimize xpadder on start up but its still happening can anyone tell me how to get the xpadder window to stay m…

Hey everyone I am in the process of setting up my PS2 wheel. I have PCSX2.0 1.4.0 which runs fine stand alone. I noticed that when launching the games through RL or HS the emulator takes several mins to load the game. Approx 3-5 mins. Once it finally loads the game the controller pad doesn't work neither. If i open the emulator stand alone everything runs fine including the boot time and the controller. Anybody with suggestions? Thanks

Is there any support for Sheepshaver, Basilisk II, or Mini Vmac on Hyperspin. Has anyone messed with these. Im trying to set up some old mac games like geometric golfer, but cant find much on this subject.

Hi Anybody had an issue whereby some games work via rocket launcher but they fail or give you the game select wheel in hyperspin, ive checked all the databases and the games appear green could this be the mame version/rom numbers etc? ive checked bios' made sure i have them all any info/ideas greatly appreciated

has anyone had the issue with gamecube not playing videos and themes. ive downloaded with hypersync twice and the videos will not play I cant figure out why and displays no art but its in the folders. I did not change and setting in hyper hq or rlauncher ui.. I just don't get it

Since the databases thankfully apply the simple naming scheme of title and region, I sometimes second guess which rom variant to use. If I have an original rom, a revision (Rev A), or some later version, be it Rev E, or Ver 3.4 for example, is the latest revision the one to choose? It would seem obvious (most bugfixed in general- why release an updated version otherwise?) but... Is it a steadfast rule, a sometimes rule, or a seldom one? Are there exceptions where an earlier version is used because the latest is only available as a bad dump, or the 'fixed' revision broke other game code, or revision removed original features like mid-90s blood 'n gore concerns?

Hi guys, I am begging for help!!! I have figured out how to do alot so far on my own, but I am very frustrated right now and almost ready to give up. I have Hyperspin setup and working with RL, I have MAME working with roms renamed and fixed through clrmamepro, I even have SNES roms renamed and fixed through Romcenter and working with Retroarch as the Emulator. This is all working in Hyperspin. I have spent alot of time getting to this point and learning how to do so. So I went on to setup N64. Not a rom request... are .cue files ok to talk about? They are useless text files without their bin file counterparts. Assuming all were in bin/cue format (not ISO, etc), AND no personalized paths (just file names in quotes)... What would be the interest in having a perfect .cue collection? It would serve equally useful as a database, dummy file collection, and especially as a correct backup for if you messed up or are missing some. It would take very little file size/space and probably all could be in one 7zip archive.

Is there anybody who have a Video for the Metal Slug PC Collection,,there are all Titels in one Video Metal Slug 1 to 6 .. A good theme for that PC Collection is ready but i dont know were he get this Video for it.... THK make a good Theme for it in the Year 2010 but stil no Video ready for that Nice PC Collection, I mean a Video for the Main Menü which have all Titels from Metal Slug 1 to 6 in one Video....
