Suddenly I am having occasional issues. From main menu I will click a system it goes I to system but only shows a pointer. No wheels no backgrounds. After two mins or more it shows? I have gone into hyperhq and have filters on usually wheels and roms only.. Any ideas?

I am trying to set up xpadder for use with hyperspin, and I am having some problems. I am using an Ultimarc Ipac 2 as my button interface. When I go to settings on my computer, then devices, then connected devices, the ipac shows up there as Ultimarc I-pac. However, when I open up X-padder, there is a little magnifying glass next to the controller icon, and it just keeps searching for controllers. Also in x-padder i click settings, then controller, then control panel. A list of controllers pops up, but nothing is listed here. It seems that x-padder is not recognizing my ipac as a controller and allowing me to use it to create a profile. What do I need to do to get …

Hi. I have a really strange problem i can't manage of solving......... I'm using mame 0.153 compiled with nonag, directinput etc.... With it i'm using joytokey software, configured that when i press a button for short time it send 1 as key and when i press it for more than 500ms it just send 5 as key. This is really useful for me so i can use one button only for the start and for the credits. Strange thing is that in mame this only works for some games, while for some others don't..... For example if i play with ghouls'n'ghosts it work's fine and if i press the button for some more than 500ms just add a credit, while if i play with ghosts'n'goblins for example it doesn't …

Hey Guys, I decided to start a single thread in regards to the last few bugs that I am trying to fix with my HS setup. Hi! Im running latest hyperspin and hyperlunch. I got this games from pop cap and have seen people puting it into hyperspin. First of im curious if there is a way to emulate trackball/mousemovement. Thoes games are phone apps and controlled like mousemovment. Second im about to research on how to get them into hyperspin. If you know a guide or so please hook me up! thanks!

Hi....I was browsing through some threads and noticed one about the memory leak which HS has.....if I'm understanding correctly if the system is left idle it will hang?....what if a person left it with a game loaded and waiting to insert coins?.....will it still hang or if you are a gamer who plays hours and hours on end will it freeze up when you're playing?

Hey guys, So I'm finally getting around to setting up LEDBlinky with my pacled64. I have a 2 player control panel. I have the input map configured and LEDBlinky pointing to the correct mame files. Launched The Simpsons game on MAME, and it lit the correct buttons along with wrong ones. Took my a while to figure out why, but realized in the mame default controls, Players 3 and 4 were using keycodes that i have set for Player 1 to use. Since I don't have a Player 3 and 4, I set all Player 3 and 4 controls to - . I can't figure out how to change the entries to none in MAME without it exiting MAME, It's Tab+Esc correct? The past week i've found all the systems I use with Retroarch are getting the Menu text come up in the game i.e. I start Hyperspin select NES click on Ghost'n'Goblins and as soon as I press any button on the controller I get "Core does not support Disk Options". Some systems show a different message and some pause the game. Any guidance would be great... last thing I did was install the WinUAE setup. (which I also cant get the 360 controller to work on, although it did if I selected it to player 2 but that's another problem for later) I feel it's taken a massive step back as alot of my systems are using Retroarch.

Ok having a couple of major issues since updating to rocketlaunch. 1: My hyperspin start up script is not working so Xpadder is not being launch with hyperspin so I cant control the frontend. 2: I get this error when trying to launch a game, happened with different systems: Could not install the default Bebas Neue font possibly because RocketLauncher does not have admin rights. Please browse to "F:\Games\Hyperspin\RocketLauncher\Media" and right click Bebas Neue then click Install. Can anyone help with this? Thanks

Well for hatari.. Either retroarch core or the standalone hatari emulator for me its buggy to setup the simple support for a xbox360 gamepad.. Do i have to mess around with joytokey or? Heh.. Do any have a pinnacle game profiler for it?? Damageinc?

One of my best friends put Hyperspin together for me and I am getting an error. He has came over to look at it and he has never seen this error either and he spent like 2 hours trying to figure it out. I am not saavy with Hyperspin, so I would appreciate help. If you can't help then please use self control and refrain from sarcasm. Everyone struggles with something and needs help at times. Now here's my issue. I can get games running in Hyperlaunch just fine when I'm testing, its when I'm trying to load a game via the Hyperspin wheel that I get this error. I can modify HyperSpin/Settings/Settings.ini either in notepad or through HyperHQ. Unfortunately Hyperspin doesnt appear to be using this settings file. I cant get Hyperspin to run in fullscreen. I followed all the instructions from this video: Any idea what could be wrong? This is all fresh installs and I followed the instructions carefully.

I don't know what I did wrong but all of a sudden MAME stopped launching games correctly and instead I get what's in the screenshot. I vaguely remember that something like that shows when rom paths are incorrectly set in .ini, but I don't remember changing paths, unless I remember it wrong and it's something else causing it. Any ideas? TIA

Hi, I get all the access (hyperspin & emumovies membership) to have HyperSync working properly and started syncing MAME, Super NES, NES and Amiga. For those systems, I put the default settings and saw a large amount of data gathered from hyperspin/emumovies. For example, as for Super NES, I got 788 working videos (tried most of them and they all displaying thumbnail generally meaning no corruption), 787 box arts (in Images/Artwork3), 788 carts art (in Images/Artwork4) and 787 wheel images. After launching hyperspin and leading to Super NES category, 2020 Super Baseball (USA) is showing properly its box art, cart art and video. Next is 3 Ninjas Kick Ba…

Hey everyone Happy playinge and a few other systems that work well in the cab although I have a lot more installed. I'd like to play snes, ps1 etc and am thinking about adding 2 Logitech f710 or Xbox controllers. A lot easier with them instead of the tankstick Is it possible to switch between the 2 (tankstick for mame, joysticks for console games)? Pros/cons/issues??

Hey everyone I know this is a stupid question but for some stupid reason I can't figure out what's going on. Can was running good, all of a sudde. My game select stops working, I'll have to restart my pc, hyperspin launches, I can use the same button (player1 - tankstick) to navigate into mame, select the game, it works a few times, the. I back out after a few different games and It stops working. I can still use this button to select other systems etc but cannot use it To select the game and launch it. I'll then have to re-boot Pc , rinse repeat, scream out Of frustration. Any ideas??

Hello, Feel like I'm banging my head against a wall trying to figure out how to actually display the alphabet image as I scroll through a systems wheel. It seems by default when pressing left or right hyperspin will scroll alphabetically, how is it that I setup for the letter to be visible as you scroll?

I am running mame UI .141u2 and HS 1.2.0.0. I have enabled cheats in mame and when I run mame outside of HS cheat menu appears, But when I am running HS cheat menu does not appear or F6 will not enable them. I have tried to look every place I could for info before posting here and I am at a dead end! Thank you for any info or help!!
