Ok first off I have searched the forums and cannot find this anywhere except one I spent Hours trying to do with no success I want to create a favorites Wheel that has my Favorite snes, Nes, Sega Genesis, and Atari2600 games in it the one I have found seems to be legit but after I create the wheel in hyper HQ then create the custom XML with the different games in it I go to Hyperlaunch HQ to set it up first I Click HyperlaunchHQ tab on the top. Under "General Options" I make sure "Valid Emulator/Module Only" is NOT checked then I go to the left and click the Favorites tab I created in Hyper HQ go to emulators and set the rom paths for each system and choose a default emul…

Trying out sega model 3, when i try and run the emulator out of hyperspin a black box pops up then gose away real quick. Why is this? If the emulator dosent run out of hyperspin it certainly wont run in it. Help appreciated!! Thanks

Ok, so, i have been attempting to setup Hyperspin now for about 5 weeks, so very new to this. I have setup Hyperspin with HyperLaunchHQ 1.1.1.3 and it was goina well. However i was having troubles setting up Sega Mega drive and HyperLaunchHQ/Hyperspin recognising 7z files. Since then, i've moved on to start fresh and install with RocketLauncher, which suits me to have the latest software. Now, from what i know, once this is all unzipped in to the desired location, HyperSpin should startup without a drama, even without any roms or emulators setup. Hi guys, I'm relatively new but I've spent hours fiddling around with everything. I'm running HS 1.3 and Rocketlauncher 1.0 after the new update - took a while to transition over and running into lots of problems which I think I've pretty much isolated to hyperspin sending it's arguments (i.e. rom name) and parameters to rocketlauncher. I used the transition tool from the rlauncher site and djvj has noted that there seems to be a bug where hyperspin is not wrapping rom names in quotes and any spaces are misinterpreted to mean additional arguments. To get around some of the issues, the transition tool now defaults to making it use the full rom path in the system ini. …

For my 3DO setup I have 15 CDs (a mix of ISOs and NRGs). With Wheel Filters: Rom Only unchecked all the games run fine. However, with it checked the wheel only displays 14. Has anyone else noticed this (or is there a fix) ? Thanks RJJ

Hello, I am using RocketLauncher, and HyperSpin v1.3 and my PC Games will not start. I just started adding them, so I haven't actually started using them in hyperspin, only in RL. I set up my Emulator to be a virtual emulator, with PCLauncher as the module. When I add a PC Game, I do it through Modules->PCLauncher.ahk->edit system specific module settings. From here I simply link the application (exe) and try to launch the game from here. When I launch the game I get a message that RocketLauncher could not find an Emu_Path for PC Launcher in either of these two files: ...\Emulators.ini

I have been trying to figure out things with hyperspin for weeks now. Almost any topic I search for in Google, I do find a "great" answer for in only this forum... The problem is that whenever I press that "great" answer link, i only get to the main menu of this forum. No threads nothing. Just the main menu. I am logged in. I am a platinum supporting member. I have to say I find the search in this forum useless. I do not find what I look for. Hyperspin on the other hand is GREAT! It's quite the learing curve to get it working, and that sucks ass bigtime, since all you have to to is do a search for whatever you need help with. Sadly all hits, leads to …

Hi, guys, I am a new user to Hyperspin. This week, I found the Topic about PSP minis game (Member, Aorin's article), so I try to setup the PPSSPP system in My Hyperspin. However, each time I quit a psp minis game with ESC key, I will stay in the PPSSPP menu (When I use MAME, I quit game and will back to Hyperspin). Can anyone teach me How to setup the software (HyperHQ? Hyperlaunch? or HyperlaunchHQ? ), so that I can back to the hyperspin directly to choose another game instead of staying in the PPSSPP. hi please could someone help me I have winaue loader working great so no disc swaps and setup for my arcade buttons perfect but I cant get the games to launch in hyperspin any help would be great I have looked but cant seem to see a tut on here. trying to build an arcade for my friends 40th birthday so really important as amiga his fav. thanks again in advance

Tried searching for this but kind of got a run about answer. before i start downloading certain codecs to run these videos, i just want to make sure that's what I need to do? Hi All, Well my first post I am having trouble with my Zaxxon rom. If I run it directly from MAME it has sound.However if I launch it via Hyperspin it has no sound. I have download the sound samples and created a sample folder which I have pointed MAME to via the MAME Ui setup but it still doesn't have any sound if I launch via Hyperspin Am I missing a setting somewhere in HyperLaunch HQ? Sorry if this has been covered before but I am a bit stumped and can't seem to find any information. Any help greatly appreciated Cheers Reliant

When I put disc art for psx in multigame folder/sonyplaystatio/finalfantasyVII (Disc 1) hyperpause freezes when change disc menu is highlighted.when i take art out it works but has default icons.

Hey all, I've had these roms for a while now working on 1.3.2 and when I updated to 1.3.3, none of them will launch in Hyperspin. I test them in Hyperlaunch and they play fine. But in the actual wheel mode, I get nothing. Any help?

I just tested it with the HyperSpin 1.4 beta and the issue is still there. I've dealt with this problem for years now. With every iteration of Street Fighter IV (now Ultimate SFIV) from Steam, gameplay framerate regularly slows to a crawl and menus are laggy if HyperSpin is running. Even though the benchmark works fine, an actual match will 3 times out of 4 have framerate problems. I've tested this on both Nvidia and ATI graphics cards and had the same result. The problem is completely non-existent if HyperSpin is not running. My workaround has been to have HL run a script to kill HS whenever this game is run and reload it after it closes, but this is a hacky …

I am having troubles with my music for the Sega CD. I can hear the audio and sound effects fine and they work, but I don't hear the music for the game. For Example : Sonic CD When I go into the stage I don't hear any music but if I collect rings or I jump I can hear it perfectly. If anyone knows how to fix this problem with music please tell me down below.

Hi! Is it possible to switch keymapping via a hotkey? I want to press button X to switch from normal keymappings to Up::Numpad8 Down::Numpad5 Left::Numpad4 Right::Numpad6 Ctrl::Numpad1 Alt::Numpad2 and it would be nice if i could press button x again to get back to the original keymapping. Is this possible?

Hi all I recently had a problem with my N64 ROM naming but was very quickly helped out with that here. However, since then I now have another issue. Im using Project64 v 2.1.0.1. I can run ROMs fine inside it as a standalone emulator. However, when I try to run them in HyperSpin, I get the error message: "Cannot find %path% Nintendo 64.ahk. You do not have a HyperLaunch 2 module for Nintendo 64. Please create one or check HyperList" In using HyperLuanchHQ and in there is a Project 64 (v2.x).ahk file. That file is set as the module for my N64 emualator in the "Emulators" tab in HLHQ. Am I missing anything else? All help greatly appreciate…
