In the PC Launcher.ini...I am pointing the script to the bat files eg: [super Street Fighter IV] Application=C:\Hyperspin\Games\Taito Type X\Super Street Fighter IV\Super Street Fighter IV.bat AppWaitExe=game.exe I seem to be getting an issue where the game starts fine but after 20 seconds closes and the Hyperlaunch "now loading page appears" Any help appreciated

gigapig Posted November 20, 2014 Posted November 20, 2014 Ok that's familiar, you'll need to use a different loader which you can find here. You'll need to grab 158 game loader and extract Game Loader All RH into each game folder, you may also need ttx_config2.0 as well to set controls. When you run Game Loader All RH it creates an ini file called TTX.ini where you can set it up. I have supplied one for you to give the best image quality, but if it causes you trouble just delete it and run the loader again. TTX.zip
Gerurver Posted November 20, 2014 Posted November 20, 2014 you're the MAN GIGA:D this did the trick.. btw the ttx did complete nothing but a error and black screen. but thank you for trying to give me a nice image quality! the shift game did give a strange type of config screen, a copy of the controls did not work, so i did open it on my other pc(the config file) and looked what key is to program. (sorry for the bad english) There is now only 1 that is a problem...the sfiv it still needs 2 minutes to boot.

I am just building a vertical arcade cabinet and want to setup a few in full screen vertical mode. Can anyone help me change / stop the rotation of games when launched and also how do you change the resolution of the games ? Monitor running in Landscape and 1920x1080 Thanks
gigapig Posted November 23, 2014 Posted November 23, 2014 You can probably just use djvjs' files in his ftp for the vertical games without rotation. Drop them in the game folder and point to the bat file via the PCLauncher module. If it upside down "someone" may be able to supply a script to flip it the other way. Resolution is a bit varied between the games, some have a file called Gameres.dat or another which name escapes me atm, or some can't be changed as far as I know; like Arcana Heart 3. You can add different exe's for HD but you may need to use Game Loader All RH with those.
twistedsymphony Posted November 23, 2014 Posted November 23, 2014 I have a dedicated vertical cab as well, IIRC all of those game launched in portrait mode as a default. if they're trying to rotate you might have some other script running that's doing that. How is your windows desktop setup? I found that nearly all of my games and emulators were happiest with windows NOT rotated (so it looked sideways on your vertical screen). Hyperspin itself seems to be the only app that doesn't like that.

Is it at the bottom of the list and you can't scroll down? When I do an audit I get the red screen which means none of them will launch (Obviously) but I am able to launch them from the global settings/romsettings tab. I have not come up with a solution for this either. I watched your video three times maybe you can get specific or in depth about how I can make sure my games will audit properly and most importantly how to get SSFIVAE in the rom settings list. Hyperspin won't play it due to this. This is ironically, the first game I got working in Taito Type X outside of HL. I can launch them in this screenshot below. But did you notice that Super Street Fighter IV Arcade Edition is not in my list (Set specific Rom Settings.) I get the screen below after pressing the big green plus sign, that allows me to load up Super Street Fighter IV after double clicking it in the list, in the middle of the pic below. It adds SSFIVAE to the list and I can even launch from here but then it disappears every time I close HyperLaunchHQ or even select another system on the left, then going back to Taito Type X system. How can I fix this issue? When I removed it there was a new error message: "PCLauncher - There was an error getting a process ID from your AppWaitExe for "BattleArcania". Please try setting a FadeTitle instead"

0zzy Posted February 22, 2015 Posted February 22, 2015 Hi all, i'm trying to complete my Taito game set, but i have a few question for you guys. - sf4 start but if i let go the intro video it randomly freeze and i have to exit with ctrl+alt+canc - kof98 and chaos breaker have very low res, is it normal? or can i modify it? - kof max impact crash after player selecting, before starting the match (also if i run it from arcade pc loader), does it happen only to me? - silent hill arcade: when i enter the ospital, and decide to go straight, after a few nurses and Worms, game crash and exit to windows..someone have the same problem? tnx guys!

You can't use mine to drag and drop because I don't have the games in the Hyperspin folder they are on a different drive. I just wanted to get clarification that Taito Type X is working fine in the New RocketLauncher...
In the PC Launcher.ini...I am pointing the script to the bat files
eg:

I seem to be getting an issue where the game starts fine but after 20 seconds closes and the Hyperlaunch "now loading page appears"
