shifters67 Posted July 17, 2011 Posted July 17, 2011 Sorry for the newbie question ... but how many LEDWiz are you using??!! I thought the default set up only allowed three RGB Leds to be driven? Tom
chriz99 Posted July 17, 2011 Author Posted July 17, 2011 cheers Ben @Tom: you have 32 outputs on your ledwiz. each rgb LED needs 3 outputs. I use 5 rgb LED flasher, so I need 15 ledwiz outputs for my flashers. cheers chris [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] * taito egret 29 candy cabs * indy & star wars pachinkos 17" bartop with ledwiz rgbleds * 10" bubble bobble & galaga bartop * arm champs 2 check out hi-res backglasses * best vpin performance * ledwiz config and software

chriz99 Posted July 18, 2011 Author Posted July 18, 2011 hehe artwork came out great. yeah got those same strobes on BBB, really is nice when they come on during game play in your face. thanks greg! do you drive those strobes with the white controlbox or without (directly to 12vdc and strobe frequency via ledwiz)? cheers chris [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] * taito egret 29 candy cabs * indy & star wars pachinkos 17" bartop with ledwiz rgbleds * 10" bubble bobble & galaga bartop * arm champs 2 check out hi-res backglasses * best vpin performance * ledwiz config and software
Dazz Posted July 18, 2011 Posted July 18, 2011 Chris - I absolutely love the artwork. Using the different characters was brilliant and seems to fit very nicely. It could just be the image compression, but the green doesn't look as vibrant as the rest of the colors. The green looks washed out compared to the original artwork.
chriz99 Posted July 18, 2011 Author Posted July 18, 2011 thanks for your kind words, dazz I think it's only the jpg compression, here is another shot (look at the geenie... bart catches him in the gumball machine ) cheers chris [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] * taito egret 29 candy cabs * indy & star wars pachinkos 17" bartop with ledwiz rgbleds * 10" bubble bobble & galaga bartop * arm champs 2 check out hi-res backglasses * best vpin performance * ledwiz config and software

mameman Posted July 18, 2011 Posted July 18, 2011 thanks greg! do you drive those strobes with the white controlbox or without (directly to 12vdc and strobe frequency via ledwiz)? no cut them from the controller box and wired directly to 12v via the ledwiz. Guest gstav Posted July 18, 2011 Posted July 18, 2011 wow master! Great progress there! The artwork turned out even more spectacular than I thought! Cool beans!
Numiah Posted July 18, 2011 Posted July 18, 2011 thanks greg! do you drive those strobes with the white controlbox or without (directly to 12vdc and strobe frequency via ledwiz)? FYI: I removed the box that came with it and drive them directly. Only thing to do is remove the timers in the ledcontrol.ini and let the ROM control the flashing. Works like a charm. **Each pinball machine is a tiny universe... that we control** My Build Overview My Computer Specifications
