jpcurreri
Chris, how do you like the deep playfield compared with your old pin? Is there much glare from the lights?
chriz99
I love the "illusion of more depth" with the lowered playfield. due to the more punchy LED LCD screen (better contrast and black levels, punchy colors) there is not much glare from the lights. The look and feel is just awesome. furthermore you can adjust the intensity/brightness of the RGB LED flasher very easily to your desired level. mameman
hey it may only take 1 in the side of the pexi to illuminate through the entire substrate so you get a glow on the edge.. just a thought

maxxsinner
I think 54 LEDs are enough illumniation Well, of all the things I never expected to see you write Chris. Looks awseome mate. One thing a guy suggested to me for another project was to put an additional bit of plastic between the leds and the front as a diffuser. Go over it with a heavy grit bit of sand paper to score it up a bit so that the light is spread through the plastic. Worked a treat.
