Hi all, I'm having a problem with an external hard drive i purchased ( I know I know I've got a wife and little boy = no time) anyhow the instructions are clear so I have downloaded all the files and changed the external hard drive letter to D but everytime I launch hyperspin it comes up with "Cannot find main menu.xml message ! Has anyone any ideas please...thanks in advance!

hey guys, so i got my mame arcade set up perfectly, now its media time meaning artwork and such i want to purchase the platinum membership, but when i go to step 2 for comfirm and pay... there is no payment option.. its just a white box... any help would be awsome.. i did not receive and email either

Hi Everyone, Just watched a video tutorial on putting in games , I downloaded a whole set of roms and changed the names with dons tool and thought I had it working great as all the games were then in green after a compile but then I tried opening the game and came up with this error any help

just purchased platnium and all good, how long do i have to wait for i guess the system to notice im platnium? hypersync cloud states i dont have access just downloaded hyperbase but it states wrong user or password

Having a bit of an issue configuring these controls. For now I am messing with Project64 emulator. I want to be able to use both my Arcade buttons and Joystick for some games, but be able to use my Bluetooth N64 game pads for others. For instance games that require analog and c-buttons. I have both controls set up in emulator. But can not get it to work when launching it. Any idea?

Hello, Did a bunch of searches on this but came up empty. Probably something simple that I'm missing.... I have the latest 16:9 Main menu theme for Sony PSP and Sony PSP.MP4 video but just getting sound no video in the main wheel of Sony PSP. Any ideas what I'm missing? Btw, also tried a FLV version of the video file and still no video. Any help appreciated, thomas

I was having an issue with a game not showing up under the Super Nintendo Entertainment System in Hyperspin. The name of the game was Q-bert 3 (USA).smc The database entry, the associated media files and rom were all named correctly. I had a hunch that the dash followed by the letter "Q" could have been causing the issue so I renamed the database entry, rom and all of the associated media files to Qbert 3 (USA) After doing that, the Game showed up and launched correctly. I must note that I was running this setup on an NVIDIA Shield TV Box. I just started using Hyperspin about a week ago so I'm quite new to all of this. I just wanted to point this just …

A few questions using Hyperspin Wheel: 1) is there a way to simply type game name in Wheel View? Say I wanted to bring up Defender, is there a way to type Defender and bring up the game? 2) in mame game view there are many duplicate roms showing up on the wheel. How to do I get rid of these duplicates or alternative games? 3) what are the basic Wheel commands i.e. how to add favorites, how change from favorite game view to all game views? Was looking for basic / optimal wheel settings/ navigation tips. Thanks

Hi, Has anyone else had a problem with this update pack ? I have tried a few roms like 19xx, 1on1gov using mame64 0.178 emulator and they wont load. The roms on the download pack are tiny (170b) up to 1k Is there a problem with this pack. I downloaded it from emuparadise and they are usually excellent. Any info appreciated Thanks

Hi Hyperspinners, Setup: Hyperspin Rocketlauncher 1.0.1.9 mameuifx64 0.172 MAME roms 0.172 MAME .XML 0.172 I am getting an error when I try and load a MAME rom from the RocketlauncherUI. I have followed the SimplyAustin video and I get to the point where I: Audit the roms and they all show there green (Except a few). Hello, I am having trouble figuring out which is the up,down,left, right directions. I am using RetroArch settings. I have configure every other systems just fine except for Nintendo 64. I have inserted pics and I would like if someone knows which are the joystick settings buttons. I am able to set the A and B buttons and it works but I cant seem to set the joystick. ( I have the X-arcade tank stick) Am I doing something wrong? Am I missing something? Please help. Thanks.

Hi all, I have been setting up my system and everything has been working fine. Thanks to SimplyAustin and his great videos. However, I have finally started on the Sega 32x and run into an issue. I am not sure if I have done something wrong but I followed all of Austin's steps and the Sega 32x wheel will not load. Steps: Load Hyperspin and get to main menu Goto Sega 32x. This shows with the video and looks great. Select system Screen flashes black and then comes back to main menu with Sega 32x selected. I am trying to select just the roms I have from a list of 2,000 ps2 roms to leave the extra ones I don't have on another drive I know I can use fatmatch but this copies them into another folder and I don't have the extra space to do it. Is there a program that will just move the ones i want to move rather than copying them, or a setting on fatmatch i am missing ? Hope this is clear Thanks in advance

The hyperspin setup I use has an older mame.exe emulator. For some reason it won't work in 640x480 resolution. So I have to select a lower resolution to go in and play my mame games and go out of hyperspin and select higher resolutions for my other emulators I have installed. I can run mame64.exe from another hyperspin setup on a different drive and it works at 640x480. So I have a feeling its the emulator causing the resolution issue. So I copied the mame64.exe from my other drive that works to my mame directory that has issues. I set the path in HyperHQ and tested. Hello, I 'm having trouble with Nintendo 64 settings to configure with my X-arcade tank stick. I am using RetroArch and my question is: How do I delete a certain buttons I accidentally press wrong buttons and now my joystick wont work? Im not sure what I did wrong? I would like to reset all buttons or if someone can show me how to delete a program button. Maybe its another problem. When I tried to configure the up joystick, that is when the problem occur. It does says "user 1 Up (digital) when I configure it.... it gave me key: keypad8 is that right? Please help.

i noticed that it takes quite a while to exit out of ALG etc so i changed the exit command in the .ahk to Process, Close, daphne.exe and now it closes immediately and seems to load back up without a problem to the .ahk experts out there Any problem with this??

hi there everyone. im relatively new to Hyperspin and rocket launcher. i have installed them both as per Austins video to the button. but ive used the latest version. and not the 1.4 stable as its no longer in the download area. im having trouble when i come to audit the roms. i have put the correct paths etc, but it keeps saying 0 roms found of however many are in the databases. when i loaded and updated the program it came up with a flash and asked me to change certain folders? which i didnt do (because i was unsure how to). is this the reason for the roms not showing? or am i missing something else? would really appreciate a heads up. by the way, hypersin run…

i guess my google fu isn't strong, but i can't find how to install individual game themes. i downloaded one and put the zip in the system theme file with the correct rom name but no go any help is appreciated.
