Next problem , And i can't find the solution 2 pc games , i set up joytokey for navigating trought hypespin with xbox 360 controller . Everthing works fine . But if i start up a pc game and i exit this game , my xbox 360 controller don't work anymore . I started hyperspin in window , and when i exit the game , i see that joytokey just closes . I had just the same problem with xpadder . I associated hyperspin in Joytokey , i added hyperspin.exe in HyperHQ to start up auto . But joytokey keeps closing after i exit a pc game in hyperspin . Am i missing something in the settings ??

Hello, hope you're all doing well. So I'm very new to Hyperspin / RocketLauncher and have been using all the guides here to get going. I'm about 95% done with making everything work thanks to the guides but have run into an issue with my Joystick. I've got Joy2Key and I have mapped all my buttons with it and everything works perfectly. Menus and getting in and out of them, and Gameplay is Perfect as well, as long as I have my Keyboard plugged in along with my joystick. But as soon I unplug my Keyboard and run everything, the Menu works perfectly fine and I can navigate as normal, but when I go to start a game, I get the following error: …

Hello, i need some help on getting MAME running with hyperspin. I installed MAME 0.190, got the correct Roms and i can start Games via Mame 0.190 i configured RocketLauncher and HyperHQ like done before for other systems which are working well. i did an audit for the games and most of them were found and highlighted green. when i try to launch a game via rocketlauncher it wants me to check if i have the correct version of emulator for this module. i think this is a problem with the mame.ahk version 0.166 how do i get or create a mame.ahk for version 0.190? Thank you

Hi Started to config my controls for hyperspin/rocketlauncher . controls for hyperspin trought rocketlauncher are oké and working . Profile name "p1" My problem is a pc game . I selected system game , selected my game i want . Config under "p1" And both are working in xpadder . But from the moment i start the game i see that xpadder closes ? It don't load the xpadder profile of the game ? Is there any other setting i forgot

Hey everyone ive decided to tackle a hyperspin build. This isint the first time but this is the first time im trying to do it to full completion. That being said i would like to remove the (usa,Japan) from the rom title on the wheel. i have a feeling this is a naming convention issue that will need to be tackled by renaming the rom specifically is that correct? if that is correct...what is the best tool to use for the renaming of the specific rom as well as generate a new XML list to show correctly? or am i way off base with my thought process... Hello all. I just picked up an arcade cabinet that from a guy who does hyperspin builds. Although it is mostly set up, it has a few issues that I need get taken care of right away... and a few that are not a must right off the bat, but I will be taking care of in the near future. I am new to trying to navigate through forums and I am not doing too well at finding threads on what I need to do to fix my issues. SOme times when i play a game in mame or other the wheel suddenly pops up and the game is running in the background , i dont know what it is but it is annoying as hell . Maybe some one that has had the same issue got a fix for this any help appriciated

Hi guys, First post. I purchased a 6TB system off the website in December. I was overseas until several weeks ago and finally attempted to begin the installation process as outlined in the User Guide file. The installation was going well until it came to the step regarding Daemon Tools Lite. I got stuck at the following instruction: "You need to add a virtual drive. The virtual SCSI drive (see image in set up guide ) must be set to drive " K" and the existing drive DT-0, set to drive "L". I am new to Hyperspin. I currently have V1.3.2.0 setup with all systems and roms. I started testing to make sure everything is working. Well, it is not hence why I am posting in here. I got Rocketlauncher to successfully test super nes games and they load and play. The issue is with Hyperspin. I get to the point of the screen loading complete and then it transitions to a black screen and I can move the mouse and that's it. I have to press Escape key to get out of the black screen. I got mame added to rocketlauncher along with the games, and can get it running, but now the problems I'm having are whenever I close Rocketlauncher all of my game disappear and I have to run the audit again to get them back in Rocketlauncher, also if I open Hyperspin and try to open the mame sub wheel from the main wheel it closes hyperspin how do I fix these issues?

Is there any way to rotate the game text in the /settings/mame.ini ? I see options to change the X and Y values, color, size, etc, but not to rotate. Is it possible? Im using the theme in a vertically mounted monitor.

Hey Guys, So I discovered this really cool game Mushroom Kingdom Fusion ( I am sure most already knew about it :).... anyways I have it showing up in HS, and it runs in RL.. however I do not understand how to get it to go full screen on load? It keeps going windowed (which is tiny). I tried loading the game outside of RL and maximizing it and exiting but it still loads small. Under the PC module under the game specifics I set Full screen to true but it does not work.. any suggestions? I would appreciate it.. also if you like Mario games you really should try it!

Hi all, i had to do a reinstall of Win 10 and am now running into some small issues. joytokey - even though I have set within the app to start minimized and, I have set up a task shchedule, I can’t get j2k to start when windows starts. I am having to manually start j2k before I run hyperspin rocketlauncherui - the program starts but it is minimized in the task bar. If I mouse over, it shows me the small preview window and the app is running. But I can’t get the rlui window to open on my desktop any thoughts? Thanks

On every single system when you bring up the letters it will only show 1 number followed by a,b,c etc. This probably makes no sense so let me show you an example. I wanted to know if there is some difference or setting for the two controllers. I have a fully functioning system when I use a 360 controller. I'm able to control HS and navigate to a specific emulator and then have full use inside launched emulator. The problem is when I try to use a Xbox1 controller with the with the new usb adapter , HS acts like there is no controller and I'm unable to navigate in HS, but I can launch a emulator with my keyboard and then the controller works 100% in the emulator. I'm using the Statrup script with both controller setups. Why does the Xbox1 controller not work in HS ?

OK I have an issue that just started. When I run an arcade game through MAME, using my X-Arcade, one of my coin buttons is "mousebutton0" the "mousebutton1". Has always worked for years. Now all of a sudden when I launch same game through HS just the mouse based inputs disappear. But again if I launch just through MAME it's fine. So why is HS making MAME not see mouse inputs?

I am new to HyperSpin and have just started to gather information before trying to setup the software. I would like to use both the xarcade tank stick for basic navigation and Mame games. I would also like to use adifferent usb controller for each system eg nes usb controller for NES . A different one for SNEs, N64, Sega Will hyperspin support this

I have been having zero luck getting HS to work with my Xbox1 controller. I'm using the startup script, with no luck. I was wondering if I'm missing something else that needs to be setup in order for the controller to work in controlling HS. I'm able to use the controller successfully in numerous emulators that I launch using the keyboard through HS.

Need some help getting Yabause running through Retroarch. I've tried using SSF and had so many problems with it that I gave up and switched over to Yabause. I've got it working great for the most part. My USA set loads great but not my Japan set. After doing some investigation I've noticed that unlike my US set, all the Japan games have multiple .bin files. Looking at the Retroarch site it appears that Yabause does not support games that use multiple .bin files. So, I'm in a real bind here. I tried going to archive.org and unfortunately their entire Japan set is just like mine, multiple .bin files. So, my two questions are, what set would you all recommend looking for wit…
