Taito Type X and Hyperlaunch 3.0

I just wanted to get clarification that Taito Type X is working fine in the New RocketLauncher...

In the PC Launcher.ini...I am pointing the script to the bat files

eg:

[super Street Fighter IV]

Application=C:\Hyperspin\Games\Taito Type X\Super Street Fighter IV\Super Street Fighter IV.bat

AppWaitExe=game.exe

I seem to be getting an issue where the game starts fine but after 20 seconds closes and the Hyperlaunch "now loading page appears"

Any help appreciated

Remove the files extensions from all the files in that folder? Really?

No! I mean remove the rom extension types for the dxwnd "emulator" in hlhq. All of them except .bat...

I'm not at my computer, isn't there a hyperlaunch.ahk at the RL root also? Same place where the exe is?

Fade titles for PCgames...

HyperLaunchHQ v1.0.8 ... "Easier filling of the FadeTitle for PCLauncher, now it's as easy as launching the game and

pressing Ctrl+q to get that info filled in. Uses code from djvj's ActiveWindowsLogger to grab the window information"

just reinstalled everything and it ran at normal speed so I've no idea why it ran so fast, and my ipac is player 1 up=up down=down left=left right=right player 2 is up=g down=h left=I right=j

Seems my version of PI5 has the controls hard coded, anybody know how I can tell what version I am using/needing ?

Think I've just about got this system sorted now, its by far the hardest thing ever to set up, just need to try and find out how to hide the dxwnd window from showing up, it looks messy.

I have that many windows that flash up when its loading the games its like a fn rave lol, I dont care as long as they work :) Just need to sort out my damn control issues grrrr.

I cant use down for player two in PI5 game either, oh well no big deal

I'm working my way through so will keep coming back with more questions for you guys that have it finished :)

Is SFIV single player only ?

2 Players works in super street fighter 4 not sure about street fighter 4 though

All working good for me now except Raiden 4 which i'll never get working and that odd PI5 2 player wont use down issue

Pretty sure I am in the same boat but I would have to test them all out again, they like to stop working when I don't give them any love.:lollypop:

As far as Raiden goes, I have yet to see it work at all and have tried a few versions. I know III works, completed the game. Had a few graphic glitches at the end but who cares really.

And I'm back again, how do I enable 2 players in SFIVAE ?

just grab all the files from djvj's ftp for taito type x and replace them in your sfivae folder

If I run it through the launcher the fade title is Sep 14 2010 17:42:49 and it works perfectly apart from no 2 players, whereas if I run it through djvjs files the fade title changes to SF41 - Oct 18 2011 16:57:33 and if I change the control config it crashes :/

if I press "6" for player 2 coin or press "2" for player 2 start (which don't register btw) it crashes :/

Update

I went into the test menu and into the input test menu, there are only the controls for player 1, I'm thinking again I have a different rip to the rest of you :/

Is there a reason everyone wants to use dxwnd for verticle games? I thought Arcade PC Loader 1.4 created exe files which automatically rotate screen verticle etc?

It does do that, sure.

If you have a way of exiting back to hyperspin, please let us know.
