Chris i just had to join the forum to comment on the table you built--- Way awesome and beyond anything I have ever seen. BRAVO!!!! :congrats: but I noticed that you are keeping some secrets from us here on the forum and i was wondering if you would share them? 1: the backglass table and led moniters- what brand are they? I know you said "no Name brand" but every moniter company has a name so please share! 2: Also alot of us pinball fans shed tears of greif and pain on the thought of parting a sttng cab so could you please for the rest of us that wish to follow in your footsteps share with the proper cabnet dementions of the sttng so we can build one ourselves? 3: exactly what is the pc hardware your using: (mobo , processor, vid card, ram ect....) I think I read that your using tiny xp but what hardware? Please Tell us!! Once again Thanks for all you've done for the vpin community by giving life to your dream and hopes for ours to come true!!! I found this plan on a different website. i think it is the real widebody plans!! : http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php?PHPSESSID=1d21a6d4a39a3c20d64db1a039022a63&action=dlattach;topic=84133.0;attach=147814 = courtesy of macattack if it is the real widbody plans can one of you mods please host the file here or can one of you guys please make a megaupload of it and post the link here so we all can have it to build a dream cab? i only have internet here at work so my access to the web is extreemly limited. Hey mameman- Are these your plans? I went back to check and the photobucket link on your thread links to the same one for macattack. UPDATE: the link has been flukey as of late and is up and down alot and gives a 404 error; so here is a copy I saved from the site: http://www.mediafire.com/file/n0jvdwdxmmt/Williams Widebody.pdf I have the plans at home so if the link above doesn't work for anyone, pm me with your email and i'll send it to you

chriz99
siderails are attached with 4 screws (each side) and the lockbar is a standard bally/williams lockbar assembly.
Pin-bot2005
Hey Chris and all you cab owners< I had another question: some of you 42" and 46" lcd cab owners say that the pinball in the game is the proper size for both screens. i was wondering which one was right? Ext2k
The TV it's supported with two wooden bars inside the pinball too? or only it's a protection? sorry for asking so much.
mwong168
The TV it's supported with two wooden bars inside the pinball too? or only it's a protection?sorry for asking so much. It looks like it is used as extra support for his playfield LCD since it sits on top of the sides after he milled his cab. I should do the same for mine cause I am only using the existing side rails that use to hold the original playfield with a few paint stir sticks as shims to level my table out. Keep in mine my playfield is only 37" and his is 46" which will be a bit heavier.
chriz99
mwong168 is right, it's extra support for the 46"... so there's no harm in trying.
chriz99
got a little parcel today a small pcb for my siemens contactors which sends the flipperbutton keystrokes now directly to the IPAC. I mean the siemens contactors does a good job and have nearly no lag but there are other relays/contactors (like gloeckner/moeller) with more delay. So this pcb helps a lot. I just love to optimize things for better gameplay (for example... to win the fistfight on the lethal weapon table (buttonsmasher) is no problem now ) If you are interested to build your own pcb or buy a custom-made check this site: http://wolfsoft.de/wordpress/?p=
