But how about your RGB buttons Chrispy? Thought you would have run out of outputs by now! :D

Great idea! Thought we talked about this a while back! Great that you've done it mastah'! :D

hehehe, for the twister idea, greg! :D

@G, yes sir, no outputs left at the moment. I think I will use the second shaker output on the pwm board for the fans. let's see... :2in1:

It depends on the fan you use. There are different models with different speeds. I use the one with 1700rpm/92.4CFM/157 m³/h

it's no hurricane, but you can feel a cool breeze. just enough for a little surprise :D

Me wants hurricane F5 force !

I'll do some investigation as I have ONE port left open on my Wiz.

mmmm, shaker or blower...

Dilemma !

decased dimensions are 106 x 61 cm.

advantages of (edge) led lcd are

- lower power consumption / less heat

- thinner construction, better to mount inside a wooden cabinet

- better contrast and black levels than ccfl lcd, more punchy image

disadvantages

- more clouding with edge led lcd (it varies from panel to panel)

- often more inputlag with led lcd (check out some reviews before you buy)

thank god my ue46c6000 has almost no clouding. inputlag is no problem, when you enable game-mode and disable all other "picture enhancer".

what for a lockbar have you used i think when you used a wood what ist 19mm each side you have 58 cm for the screen, you sayd that yours ue46c6000 is 61cm

what for a lockbar you used

Chris is using the same as I did on BBB, its a std widebody lockbar. the sides of the cabinet are machined to allow the screen to sink into the sides roughly 1/2" on both sides to keep the total width within the widebody lockdown bar. This is a williams/bally lockdown bar such as a TZ etc. not to be mistaken for a data east widebody which is not as wide.

played a stern tron LE pinball machine and I felt in love with the chromed/polished lockbar, siderails and backbox hinges.

here is a sneak preview of my polished backbox hinges, can't wait for the other parts now :D

How do you do that with the magic wand?

The chrome is mighty sexy - but the fingerprints! Still...Might be worth having a microfiber cloth close by, just so you can have the shiny chrome parts.

yes, you'll see more fingerprints on that shiny surface... but the same fingerprints are also on the standard lockbar. If you like a clean lockbar, no matter which version, you have to clean it regulary.

btw, the metal parts are not chromed, they are just mirror polished (mechanical).

Ohhh. Interesting. Did you do the polishing yourself? Just used a buffing pad and a drill, or...?

EDIT: Weird. I edited my original post, since I noticed the tools in the photo that answered my original question, and it instead double posted.

did you get them clear coated after? since the backbox hinges are usually steel, polishing those without clear coating will likely go rusty...
