If the cabinet is relatively well sealed, you can get away with fans either blowing in or blowing out, with just passive vents on the opposite end.. You don't want a ton of fans making a bunch of noise, if you can help it - at least, I don't. The 220mm fans are super quite and push a massive amount of air..
