(Can a mod please move to Discussion page) What non arcade games have you found successful using your 8 button arcade 1 player or 2 player setups. Im building a cab atm and I had the thorght that just maybe certain games like God Of War could potentially work using a two player arcade by making the player 2 stick the Left hand ps2 stick (if that makes sense) Im sure we would all agree on ruling out shooters and othet games that use both control pad sticks just to move around. But im sure there would be some nice games that would work like Onimusha etc... im sure someone will crawl in here talking about simple 2D side scrollers and thats great feel free to share that…

http://www.starforcepi.com/overview.html Have had a minor fascination with tabletop restos/mods recently and Recalbox on the RPi2. Thought this was very cool and a perfect My First Arcade machine for my boy.

I've always considered myself a hard-core gamer. I collect, I wait in line, I energy drink and game binge, I research, I tinker, I mod, I do all sorts of things. But once I was introduced to Hyperspin, all of that changed. There are so many systems that I had NEVER even heard of before... Taito Type X Daphne Action Max Wonderswan The list goes on and on.... So as someone who's game world consisted of Nintendo, Sega, Sony, NEC, Microsoft, & SNK... I would like to know what some fun games are for some of the more unknown systems. I'm sure there are lots of people who are on the same level as me and would LOVE some awesome recomendations for expanding their game…

One of the developers added a comment to my Sega Saturn tutorial and linked to the Kickstarter project to make an updated version of the Sega Saturn classic. I would say classic because it is one of my wife's favourite Saturn games. I hope it gets backed. https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/grandesplanos/baku-baku-revival https://d2pq0u4uni88oo.cloudfront.net/projects/2106836/video-594533-h264_high.mp4

Anyone know where to get the HD files for DL, DL2 and Space Ace for Daphne. I know there is a ridiculous process but I was hoping to get the files that were already converted.

While trying to compile the Namoi games I started to look into wiki and other sites and found a strangely different amount of games listed for this system-----what is the OFFICIAL list of games on this system and are they different from the wiki? Are there new dumps coming out all the time and wiki has not caught up with it, or is it an overlap of Naomi 2 games?

Hey guys I've been searching for two classic arcade (hopefully MAME supported) games. The first game is a Bubble matching/popper game. No it's not bust-a-move or any of the bobble series. It isn't buster brothers either. (Kinda NSFW- the video features two clothed and busty chibi anime girls. Could be interpreted wrongly.) It looks more like this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ed1GbK0PBoU The game is like bust-a-move, but instead you're able to move left to right at the bottom of the screen. You are also able to shoot bubbles straight up rather than having to bank bubbles off the wall or aim in various degrees. I believe it was a bubble matching/popping game so…

While watching Twitch I heard about the company Rare having its 30th anniversary. To commemorate the 30 years they released an Xbox One exclusive with 30 titles from the past. Most are from the Nintendo 64 era, but there are a few arcade classics like the Battle Toads beat em' up arcade game. Here's the link: http://www.xbox.com/en-US/games/rare-replay Anyhow, I wanted to discuss this business move as we've seen it on PSN and Nintendo's Virtual Console etc. It seems there are two objectives by releasing something like this. One is to make some money, and two is to get people off of emulators and eBay. From what I understand if there's an easier way for people to …

Without a doubt this will be going into my Hyperspin setup when it's released. All kinds of nostalgia to be enjoyed here:

Nostalgia has released a new version of Ghosts'n Goblins for Commodore 64 that fixes most of elite conversion's flaws, the major of whom was probably arthur resembling more a mummy or a puppet than a knight or a man. It's not an "arcade perfect" but it really shows off "how" a terrific GNG conversion could have been handled back in the days instead of elite's lame porting. This has nothing to do with Hyperspin but I was wondering if anyone out there are currently able to run the classic game WWF Superstars on their version of Mame? I have tried over 10 different versions from 0.135 to 0.160 but to no avail, I keep getting the same message on every one of them "missing rom or chd". I'm using the Europe version of the rom which is the parent rom and my BIOS files but still get nothing. I find it weird because I can run the game Wrestlefest without any problem and both games are from Technōs....I'd love to have this classic game working in Hyperspin...if I could just get it working with MAME first!

I find new stuff all the time to play on my hs setup. I am not good but love games. Loving ys book 1 and 2 on tg16cd right now. I beat book 1 on sms as I own it. Never knew book 2 existed. This is a great game on tg16cd. I love rpgs or action rpgs. So what new not mame games have you found? Viewtiful Joe is another one for me on gamecube.

I didn't even know about this game until today. Works really well on hyperspin though it does take a while to load up for some reason. Its a great rail shooter for those that have light guns with their setup. http://www.blueestatethegame.com/ Another great rail shooter to look out for is Typing of the Dead Overkill (has HotD Overkill in it as well)

Stumbled upon this arcade collectors movie called "Video Craze: Where were you in 82?" It's really neat, doesn't quite have that King of Kong feel, but it showcases some cool collections of arcade machines. For the average joe arcade collector it's a neat flick. https://vimeo.com/channels/videocraze

Greetings Possums, I was scrounging about the old Arpa net and came across this fan game. It's a zelda game It plays like Zelda 2 so you have an overworld map to navigate and a platform side scrolling part where all the action is http://gamejolt.com/games/adventure/legend-of-zelda-the-last-oracle/32767/

Does anyone know if there are any 2 in one adapters. I have one for SNES. All the adapters I am finding are one player for each usb and I would rather not have to have two separate clogging up the back of my computer that already has 2 360 controllers and 1 snes 2 player adapter.
