Hey, When you boot up Project64, if there is no controller connected at the time it reverts back to keyboard controls. The next time you boot it up it remains on keyboard controls. This isn't much of a problem for controller 1 (I can remember to always turn it on prior to launch) but I don't want to boot up all 4 controllers every time I play N64. I am using the Wireless Xbox 360 controller. My question - is there any way within the emulator or config settings to always have the controllers on or do I have to resort to an outside mapping program such as Xpadder? Any thoughts or recommendations appreciated! Thanks

What are the recommended settings for this? Do you set this up as an executable program through HyperHQ leaving out Hyperlaunch altogether? No matter what settings I try I keep getting that annoying set window size popup at the start of the game through HS. Any help on recommended setup would be appreciated.

Soooo I fire up Hyperspin and try to load an *.img game file using ePSXe as the emulator on the backend and I get the following error... "Daemon Tools was sent the extension "img which is not a mountable file type" and then it goes back to the previous screen. Any ideas? If I run Daemon Tools and load the file I can mount it.

Hey guys, As the title reads I am picking up a (new to me rig) for my Bartop cabinet build. I currently run hyperspin on my Home Desktop. Below are the specs of the PC I am looking at picking up off CL for $130. It is a small profile case which i like for fitment inside the cabinet. Will this baby be solid enough to run Hyperspin with Mame, Nestopia and zSNES? Hi guys, I am a new member here and this is my first post. I donated to the cause to become a gold member simply as a thank you for this vast pool of info and knowledge you all carry. I have hyperspin up and running with Mame running flawlessly down to the artwork and sample videos ect. I just cant seem to set up any other emulator.. I have followed multiple walk thru tutorials on here step by step time and time again with no avail. I started at the top so the Atari 5200 was first on the list. I first tried setting up FourDo, with no luck. I now am stuck on FreeDo. I have never quite received an error like this before. Well the first error I have which is the timeout waiting for the emulator, but when I exit I have an error with the emulator, which could not have been more descriptive..... See the picture. I think it may be looking for the Bios, which I have pointed out several times with no luck. Also, my files are in .iso/.cue. I know .cue doesn't work with the emulator, so in HLHQ I set the file types to be .iso only, but that didn't work either. The emulator does work outside of Hyperspin though. I can't seem to get any PC games to launch, I get an error cannot find when trying to load up the exe Used word txt to make an xml file I used the module to find the exe and used fade control q when launching the game Still nothing, any ideas or a quick team viewer would be a great help Thanks

I have SSF set-up and working properly through Hyperspin, however I am having issues configuring the controls. It usually set-up the controls through the emulator and it usually works fine, however this time I am having issues. I am using an arcade controller that emulates a keystroke, however the keystrokes it emulates are ctrl, alt, num lock numbers, regular numbers, etc. These do not seems to want to work with SSF. I am thinking there might be a way to edit the .ini to make this work. I was also wondering if there is a way to force controls through HyperlaunchHQ. Hello, What is the best emulator and place to find working ROMs for Neo Geo. I'm desperately trying to get Metal Slug to work. The ROMs I have for Neo Geo will not work in hyperspin. Is there a file(s) I'm missing? Feeling defeated and I need a dose of Metal Slug!

For some reason Daphneloader does not want to let me reconfigure the controls, I downloaded it again, but same issue. I have had this happen before and I simply editing the .ini on the emulator. However, I cannot figure this one out. If someone could post or link a chart to the numbers and corresponding keystrokes, I'd truly appreciate it. Here is a section of the .ini. So up is 273, down is 274, space is 32, etc. I tried finding a chart, but I never found a chart with the numpad, left shift, leftctrl, etc. If this doesn't work I guess its back to keypadder, which works great, I'd just rather do it right. Thanks.

Hello all! First post! Background I have Hyperspin working with MAME, Neo Geo using mame emulator and SNES. My next emulator is Sega Dreamcast. Using NullDC v1.0.4 I have Hyperspin able to open NullDC but it asks to open a rom path Because LoadDefaultImage=0 So I took the advice from other members on this forum to change this to LoadDefaultImage=1 Fullscreen=1 Emulator.AutoStart=1 Since I have turned LoadDefaultImage=1 I now receive this error. I am trying to set-up Demul, however I receive an error stating "Unable to find "monkeyba.bin" in romset "Monkeyba." I think it may be due to the fact that the rom is a .dat not .bin. I chose the 6 button gamepad and I have configured all of the buttons for player 1 and 2 but for some reason only a couple of buttons work when playing, for example Mortal Kombat II. What am I doing wrong?

Aimtrak Setup: Trigger is Mouse left Offscreen is Mouse right Red button left side of gun is mouse right Clicking around and mouse movement in Windows is great. Playing Nestopia and Duckhunt is great (with no crosshair version of course). I had 1 gun that worked fine so I ordered a second gun. I am having an issue when i exit out of zsnes. When I am running it through hyper launcher when i exit out the hyperspin fe shrinks to the upper right corner showing a large amount of the windows os sticking out from behind. Mame seems to be just fine exiting but not with zsnes. I have hyperspin set to full screen and I also have zsnes set to full screen and stretched so nothing should be set to windowed mode. I originally thought the screen was shifting but after looking closer it is going to a different resolution size. Does anyone know what setting might effect the window size after exiting an emulator. I am having issues with the Sega Model 2 emulator. It loads outside Hyperspin with no issues, but within Hyperspin I only hear audio and the emulator is running in command prompt only. I saw a post with another member having the same issue and he updated to RocketLauncher.0.1.1 and it fixed his issue, but i can't seem to find it anywhere. I tried using GIT, but it states I need service pack 3, which I have never been able to install on this computer for some reason. Is it possible to download the update from the ftp?
