So, years ago I started building my own arcade/hyperspin but I got really sick. I have end stage renal and I've been on dialysis for 3 years. I also have congestive heart failure, anemia, and a rare condition called CIDP. I actually started feeling decent enough to drag this unfinished arcade out of storage (well, I mean got friends to drag it out for me) and I am looking at everything going all "uh wut" haha. I started again a few years back (my other forum post) but that is when I got CIDP and was wheelchair bound... Until I started a treatment named IVIG. hello folks! i have a box art set of Nintendo DS and the size isn`t fitting to my theme. I used the batch-function of IrfanView and it worked perfectly - not! The pictures have transparent parts which hadn`t been there before resizing. can you tell me which app you are using for resizing png files? regards see the attachment. you can`t see it on a dark background. my theme has a grey color and I don`t want to use a plain black one.

Before going to a RL - Forum , I want to ask you guys... I downloaded the newest Dolphin version and overwrote my old one. Rocket Launcher or Hyperspin start the Emulator but the game won`t start. Starting the games via emulator directly works fine but not via RL / Hyperspin. Any help?

Back in the UK for a short spell and needed to sort out a few odds and sods...a new phone for one, being right up there on the list! My Moto G 2nd Edition (2014 LTE/Codename Thea) has served me very well for a looong time and my Mother has the Moto G5. Basic question really. Is it possible to auto boot to the ssd that has hyperspin on it? I copied the hyper exe from that drive and pasted in the startup menu but all it does is bring the icon up in the task bar....doesnt load the hyper program

Greetings everyone, I have a bit of an oddity and I was hoping someone here might be able to help. I picked up several arcade marquee signs at a local flea market the other day and I am having a hell of a time trying to discover what game one of them goes too. I have no name, the Marquee as no text of any kind on it and I have been random guessing how to ask the internet for days trying to find a way to search it. I have to admit, when I came back to hyperspin.... I wasn't sure how things were going to go. I disappeared for a while due to a heavy work.... That happens when you run your own business. I have not had a lot of time to contribute to things much.... I felt bad for that.... Which is why I am doing this post. There is a really cool guy that goes by the screen name.... ninja2bceen . So for the past few years I have been getting really involved with hyperspin and feel like a turd because I have been asking more questions than answering (and many times finding the answers as soon as I post) and haven't contributed much due to a heavy work schedule and most my asking being during work hours. I have learned much with Gimp, xml editors, xpadder, Rlauncher, and emulators them selves I think I may have found a way to give back but am wondering if anyone would be interested. So I am experiencing an issue which I feel may be related to either xpadder or rocketlauncher more than anything else. Bought my self some 8bitdo controllers without the joysticks. LOVE THEM. Absolutely perfect for what I want to do. Problem is player one screws up some times and after realsing a button it sometimes get stuck. I have two controllers and this only seems to happen to player one. Also player one is the only one set up with an xpadder profile and I have my keys for the emulator set up through the emulator for the controller. Theory is that xpadder will register the hit and hold it. I actually caught it doing this one day outside of hyperspin. My question is, …

Wasn't sure where to post this so I figured this would be a safe place. I have a theme for the Saturn I believe I got from Austin. It is for the Sega Saturn. One thing in particular I like about it is the spinning disc going into the box. I can not for the life of me seem to track it down and transfer it over to the Sega CD. Could anyone tell me where that SWF file would be located or if it's even transferable from console so console? I was lucky enough to find some great Sega CD artwork on here. Now I would just like to manipulate it to do what I would like. Plan on redoing the boxes to look more like a jewel case but other than that I am loving what I have found. Thanks…

Just curious do chd sets for the newest version of mame usually show up on the various sites about the same time as the rom sets? Or do they generally show up weeks later? I'm planing a fresh install of 0.195 from 0.171 Should I go to 0.194 instead?

Hey guys! Surfing the web for FE stuff/news/info/etc. I stumbled upon a FE I have never heard before; ZSpin. From what I could gather, as their creator/s is/are french, it comes from a forum called HFS (****************), and ZSpin was born as a Hyperspin spin-off of some sorts with added features/tweaks. The development is still very early, and I could not find a place to get a stable release to mess around. But found some interesting stuff related to the possible customizations of it. Seems cool, as it uses a lot of artwork (don't know if it has limitations on display) and it reads more db fields (like players, developer, genre, synop…

RetroArch has a new NES core with very high compatibility (better than NEStopia), it's probably going to be the best once they work out a few issues. One feature that I found particularly interesting was support for HD packs. Another emulator called HDNes from a few years back allows the user to edit and replace graphics/sprites, and you can do all of that in the standalone version of Mesen, apparently. Now I know some snobby purists are probably disgusted by this. If you're one of them, this feature is *not* for you. Anyways, here's a screenshot of Super Mario Bros.
