I love hyperspin Android and been using it for sometime now. Everything else can be worked around without much hassle but there's a couple of issues that really impact the browsing experience for me. 1. Launching multiple emulators in one wheel is my top one i dream of adding collections 2. Next is some way to have a favourites list without duplicating all my media 3. The holy grail is fixing the libretro intent so we can customise the CONFIGFILE path per system wheel

Would be awesome to implement the <exe> tag from the desktop version of hyperspin so we can have multi system wheels. For those that don't know it works like this: <game name="sfiii3"> <description>Street Fighter III 3rd Strike: Fight for the Future (USA, 990608)</description> <cloneof></cloneof> <manufacturer>Capcom</manufacturer> <year>1999</year> <genre></genre> <exe>Final Burn</exe> </game> in your xml you add the tag <exe>...</exe> and it will point your rom to the settings file for the named system. Ive downloaded literally every major Hyperspin pack/bolt-on that i could find with the hope of finishing off my setup. Ive been searching for an Ms-dos pack for ages and have been unsuccessful. Theres an exodos pack which is 365gb... but the source is way too slow to download... Ive seen some youtube videos of some pretty decent wheels and was wondering if anyone is willing to share what they have? if not, a point in the right direction would be great. thanks moondog

so i install hs to my nvidia shield i also have retro arch. now when i play a nes game lets say mario it looks like i have it on a table interface with on screen buttons HOW DO I REMOVE THIS. second i play a game and cant back off the game idk how to go back and play another game. so basically i want to remove the onscreen buttons and use the remote for everything..

Hi guys, I've just seen a video of hyperspin on shield tv (with hyperspin apk) and there is some override transitions on main menu theme. I've find where i have to put the video for override transition, it's in "Media/Main menu/Video/override transition" so i did it. My videos on the file "override transition" are in .mp4 and they have the same name as the system theme and system videos but it doesn't work. Is there any option i have to activate or any setting i have to modified to make it worked ?

Hi all, I currently use Hyperspin on Nvidia Shield Tv and in my configuration I put the rom files into a NAS and it works fine. I would like to do the same with media files but it seems it is not possible ? Am I right ? It would be nice to make this possible to avoid to put all the media files into the Android Device. One of the first things I learnd about HyperSpin is that you can't scale artwork in themes. This means that people have to convert/resize their entire artwork collection to make it fit into a specific Theme (box art for example). This obviously can't be the solution. Since you already have the r parameter to rotate images pls implement the s parameter to scale the artwork. This feature should be a no brainer and easy enough to implement.

The desktop version of hyperspin features favorites list using a plain text file listing the roms of your choice. It also has the ability to make and edit your favorites within the frontend, but honestly just the ability to manually create the text file on pc and drop it into the database folder on hyperspin for android would be more than enough to add this useful feature to the frontend.

Hey everyone, I didn't see anyone really request this either so i figured i would. It would be great if we could specify our Hyperspin Path so that those of us on Marshmallow that may only have 16 GB of storage and deal with the UUID being put in the path of any external drives can also use hyperspin. Also if Subfolder directory scanning can be put in, that would make a huge difference for allowing emulators like ScummVM, DosBox and many other emulators that have romsets or data files of similar type finally usable. i searched for it and saw that it previously was not implemented, but it didnt state if it was not possible due to android issues or time constrai…

Hey guys, I did a lot of searching for trying to run an app directly from the Main menu Wheel on android, without having to use a subwheel to select the application. For example, I have a Doom Main Wheel item that I point to my Doom Touch application, but i have to click DOOM, then goto my subwheel and select the only option there which is always going to be Doom touch. If there is a method that works to do this, i definitely did not see it. But I love Hyperspin, and I really appreciate the community and those of you that have made this amazing program. Thanks!

Just wondering if it would be possible to add a key or hotkey to rename broken or not wanted roms in your wheels like add .hs to the file extension with a button press or combo so it can then exclude this rom from your wheel so it does not show up so you can then go to your roms directory find .hs roms to work on or remove !! Would make life much easier when setting up new systems without having to rely on 3rd party tools

Is it possible to add any of the following to Hyperspin to make designs a bit more easy/customizable: Absolute Wheel positionPositioning Left/Right is limiting the space you have onscreen. Left/Right would still be useful for aligning the wheel, but an additional X-position could allign the wheel from 50px on the left. Custom FontsAt this moment we are limited to the 4 font styles that are defined by Hyperspin. Is it possible to change any of the fonts? Or have a font-select menu? This is more of an all around Hyperspin feature request. There are a ton of Sonic games for different consoles. It would be cool to be able to view every console at once and see every game you have in alphabetical order. Maybe a wheel that says "all" or something?
