Sorry for the double post but I was not sure where to post this question? Hello, I had been using the older version of HyperSpin before RocketLauncher and I knew how to setup emulators using the .ini files With HyperLaunch I'm totally lost now. I think its harder for me now LOL Well I'm trying to get Sega Mod 2 emulator running to play HOTD. The emaulator launches the rom correctly and plays fine until about 30 seconds into the game it kicks me out saying "There was an error waiting for the window "AHK_class Nebula". Hello everyone, I was wondering if there is a tool to automatically generate wheel banners from text? I know that Hyperspin automatically generates text based wheels if no banners are available BUT, I'm having a problem where my text wheels will be put behind the theme's images, so I stop seeing them as soon as the theme loads. Here's a video showing what is happening: I know that, if I remove the theme OR the background image / swf, the wheel text still displays. But since I want to keep the background, it seems the only alternative is to generate wheels (even if they just contain text). Do you know of any application / web service that does this? All the games give me the same in-game message... "Turn game off before inserting cartridge or expansion module." Which is what the real cogecos did when you tried to run a dirty cartridge that required a little cleaning. So...how do I clean up roms? And that is after getting the sucker to run at all, MESS is quite anal when it comes to running the Coleco. I'm using the latest HyperLauch and have not touched the module. MESS also does the same thing if I run it outside of HS. The version of MESS is whatever it is that came with the Hyperspin Project.

So I was finishing off setting up my Taito Type X Wheel and I came across these??? First off HALF LIFE 2 SURVIVOR!! Not seen this before. Seems they have had it for a while, but not got it going to the standard of the arcade. Seems now they have added multi player support and gave it new Game modes. Currently being worked on so much more to come by the looks of it.... YAAAAAAY!!! Next one Silent Hill Arcade.... again... did not know these were out there! My idea is to use png images to divide the wheel arts between Z and # in the game wheels and dividers labeled "console", "Arcade" and "Media" for the main wheel. I recorded the rest of the DICE videos for my own system. 60fps. mp4 format. probably shorter duration than emumovies. But I did them for myself just to get em done. if anybody wants them they are WIP in my emumovies folder... T5B671erM8k

hello again, so right now im using one xbox 360 and one logitech dual action controller both wired it seems to me that its easier for xpadder to keep track of two different controllers (rather than 2 xbox 360) just my opinion i wanna keep using two different controllers question i would like to set up two wireless controllers any recommendations? websites? anybody else using 2 wireless? how did u do it? thanks craig

Hi, Any ideas ? Its really annoying as when I select a game for some reason the wheel just clicks up itself to the game before and starts that one in the background as well as playing game i selected. Any help appreciated. Thnaks

Greetings everyone. This is my first post but I've been around a while playing with Hyperspin. Oh so many times I considered walking away and going to something with a gentler learning curve, but I stuck with it, and I'm glad I did. So my question regards the transition between themes. Is there anyway to modify certain behaviors that take place? It seems the wheel pops out immediately, then the pointer and any non-delayed artwork, then the transition kicks in (the background image doing various cool things) etc. Can I modify the when and how the wheel pops out? Also since input is active right away, if I begin moving the wheel while the transitions are still taking p…

how come roms cant contain "&" without messing up the database file? reason for question: IN HLHQ whenever I go to global settings, sometimes I will get an error relating to the database file. if i remove all the "&" from the rom names, the error goes away? anybody else?

Hello, I have Sega Saturn Up and Running well but i cant get the emulator to respond to the second controller for player 2. I am using 2 xbox controllers via xpadder. xpadder is responding appropriately and player 1 is working very well but cant get player two to work actually...player two doesnt respond even if i hit the appropriate keyboard key rather than the xbox controller xpadder etc. so problem is somewhere in SSF emulator i guess i have re-mapped/re-defined the keys many times from within SSF using different options etc anybody else have this problem? thanks craig

Hey everyone, I just started working a little bit with AutoHotKey, and I'm hoping some of the other users with expertise can help me with a few questions. I'm attempting to create scripts for PC games that have launchers. I've put one together that clicks in the correct area and launches the game. My question is, how am I able to incorporate the script into Hyperlaunch? Is there an area where I can add it to under module settings for the particular game? Is it also possible to have there be a pause before the script runs, so they the launcher window can open properly? Any help is greatly appreciated. Hello all, I've noticed that, every now and then, especially when I leave Hyperspin unattended for long periods (and the automatic scrolling starts), Hyperspin sometimes stops working... Basically, sometimes, my x-arcade joystick stops responding (it can't scroll the wheel anymore), other times it doesn't enter games or sub-wheels, and other times (and this is the MOST frequent one), I cannot exit the current system wheel I'm in. Any idea on what might be happening? There might be that there are several different problems occurring here. Regarding the problem with exiting sub-wheels, could it be that x-hotkeys is messing things up for me? (has anybody else experienced…

I did a search, and found out i have to launch a game and press tab key, i have done that and i can see a list of options, including one to change controls for game or general, but i cant seem to select anything. Pressed enter and pretty much every other key, but nothing any suggestions?

I am having an issue on my HS system in that my 'A' key on my keyboard does not seem to work. I replaced the keyboard with a new one and the 'A' key still does not work I am now at a point where I have no idea why that would be happening. I am using a IPAC4. Anyone have any ideas?

Hey guys. I was just wondering how you guys are configuring these systems game pad wise. I never grew up with these systems but I want to experience them in my setup. Problem is well, Intellivision for example used overlays on the controllers over the keypads. I honestly don't know how to map each button without booting all 136 games and seeing what the controls are and mapping them to the 360 controllers common buttons because every overlay was different. The same thing with the Odyssey 2 I do not really know as the console had a crapload of buttons all over it.
