So a long long time ago I was a regular member here creating a ton of themes and stuff. I then got married had kids, you know how it goes. Anyways I had a few hours to myself and decided to create an app designed to find deals for gamers. The app is now finished and available on the google play store (soon the Apple Store). You guys can snag the app at my website - www.brokegamerapp.com I have a section dedicated to retro games on the cheap on the app, and the first deal is of course Hyperspin. Anything to help it grow. So please download my app (I need users darnit, its new), and check it out and tell me what ya think. Thanks again all Scrapple Broke Gamer

Hey all, I've been in a situation where I had to move in with my dad for a bit due to personal circumstances and I don't have to pay rent. Now I don't have a lot of spare money and'll probably have to sink most in stuff for a new place if I find one. But if I can save some together if I can't find a place soon I was thinking of buying my dad a pinball machine as a thank you gift. He does like pinball a lot, but has mostly stuck with playing awful pinball games on his pc. I installed The Pinball Arcade on his laptop, but he only plays Attack From Mars but that game is of course waaaaay out of my budget if I ever get a budget together to buy a real one anyway (not a too old…

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822178435 Local stores (Target, Best Buy, etc.) have them for the same price. I finally have a truly portable HS install. I only care about MAME (360GB with CHdS) so 2TB is probably overkill but at least it leaves me room for expansion if I ever decide to do it. So far I am loving this little drive!

My company recently sent my office new computers. We're not a tech company, by any stretch, but we do have an IT department. Our office building has its own ISP in my boss's name. However, this morning, we got an email asking why "one of the new computers hasn't been connected to the network". We'll we didn't need it so we put it in storage, and I wasn't aware that the others were even on a network beyond the one we set up in the office for printers etc. Lastly, the computers all came with an admin account on windows 8 we don't have access to. So my question is, if we have our own ISP, how can we be networked with them (IT department is in a different state), and lastl…

My mom died, then my brother-in-law died, then my marriage died, then I moved clear across the USA, then immediately moved clear back across the USA to my hometown, because my dad's dying too. I'm hanging in there, somehow. Life is good, amazingly. No idea how, but it is. So, that's what's up with me, if anyone missed me. Not sure if/when I'll ever be back to lending a hand with the box and logo art creation. As you can imagine, HyperSpin is pretty far from the top of my priority list currently, as cool as this project is. Thanks for reading, and I hope to get back into HS at some point in the near future. Best regards, Andyman
