Playing SFII the other day and friend was playing as Guile and asked me the moves. Never used him so no clue... What's the easiest way to get moves lists available from pause / mame menus? Using Hyperspin / Rocket Launcher and mame, would like a s little effort as possible

Newb here, It seems that every time I launch a game in my hyperspin setup the log file pops up. It's quite annoying and for the life of me I can't figure out how to disable it. When I close hypserspin there are like 20 instances of TextPad opened that I have to close. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

We are trying to get hyperspin running with 4 Brook Universal Fighting boards and having trouble getting the joystick/button mapping to work both in games and in hyperspin. hi PBP files are awesome for saving space, and epsxe PBP support is flawless...almost. When you're opening a multidisc pbp, let's say FFIX, epsxe open a window for letting you choose which disc you want to launch, but HS can't deal with that window and get stuck here... Anybodu succeed to solve that problem?

I'm having a problem again that I had before and there was no resolution, but it just started working and worked for several months. Now it's not working again. When I launch a Visual Pinball table directly from RocketLauncher, all is well. It behaves properly. But when I launch one from HyperSpin, the table never comes into focus. It just loads in the background and I have to press Alt-Tab to switch to it. I've tried turning fade in off and a bunch of other settings and just can't figure this out, but again, it works perfectly fine in RL directly. I'd really appreciate some suggestions here. Title pretty much says it all went away for a few days and for some reason my cab did a auto update and now HS won’t launch. tried to run as admin, no dice. Any ideas what to do?

I would really like to have all the MAME games under my Arcade section but have some way of isolating my favourite games from within them so I'm not having to cycle through loads of games to get to the ones I'd like to play most often? Hi all, I had started creating some instructions for each game I have but, whilst tinkering with Rocketlauncher and Hyperspin I've seen reference to "Instruction Cards" which would be *exactly* what I would like? So, my question is, how do I set them up (i.e. where to get them, what folder to put them in and how to access them from Hyperspin - if it's possible?)?? Anyone any ideas on this? Do people use them or was it just an abandoned part of the software? Thanks for any help you can give me.

Hello, I successfully added the 16:9 Metalzoic Bezels, but now I can't get rid of the MAME command window. I have HyperHQ and Hyperspin 1.3 and already tried hide emulator/desktop/etc. Any idea of how to get rid of this window? Thanks in advance....

Hello my friends. I am a long time Mame user and just recently finished my Verticade home made arcade cabinet. Download HyperV which worked immediately, spend a few hours figgering out tweaking it (add Scanlines, spinner, favourites etc.) and it just works fine, like it. It has 1000+ games on it and it starts up with my ~120 fave games and is working with just the buttons, very happy. So now I am building my Horizontade mame cabinet with my favourite horizontal games. So then I downloaded a Hyperspin from punkarcade with 400 top games which looks really nice. Hello everyone, Im new here@forum and im also new to hyperspin i managed to build my own hyperspin with rocketlauncher and so far everything was working great Since my hdd is running out of space i wanted to add 1 more drive so i can pack more PC games there and in rocketlauncher\modules\pc launcher\pc games.ini I had : [Cuphead] Application=..\Games\PC Games\Cuphead\Cuphead.exe as my game location because it was in D:\Hyperspin\Games\PC Games what path should i use if i want to keep my games on another drive ? i tryed using [Cuphead] Application=E:\Games\Cuphead\Cuphead.exe and i added another rom path for pc games in rocketlauncher /emulators for pc…

Hi , I am a little stuck here to get lightgun games to work . Now i am busy setting up Sega model 2 . B is Shoot and A reload . What i see , because i am also checking to buy a gun then for the wiimote . Is that the trigger on the empty guns is always done with the buttons of nunchuk . So i will be stuck for games like house of dead . I can't map the buttons . Other problems is that i mode 2 i can only use 1 wiimote . So I have Hyperspin setup everything like SNES, NES, NEO GEO, MAME, Genisis working great except for the Dreamcast. I am currently running the most up to date of all the software, I use RocketLauncher and Retroarch with either reicast or reicast oit core. Launching games from retroarch itself everything works fine but when using hyperspin it completely locks up and freezes. The problem at least I think is rocketlauncher and hyperspin wont see the games unless they are zipped in 7z, zip or rar when I run the games audit. The games have to be unzipped for retroach to run them when i test them. So I guess my question is is there a way to get rocketlauncher/hyp…

Hi please can anyone help , have tried to set up Sega Saturn using the SSF emulator, (RUNS FINE OUTSIDE ROCKETLAUNCHER) however when use and hit the rocketlauncher icon after auditing my games, it boots and stays in the NOW LOADING screen , when hit ESC to get out, shows "unmount switch synyax error" by Daemon Tools (Also was told to point it DTLite.exe,rocketlauncher says it need to be pointed to RTAgent.exe ?) can anyone help, thanks in advance. am using Daemon Tools 10.5 on Windows 10, can't get the the lower versions to set up otherwise TROUBLESHOOTING LOG BELOW saturn.txt

I cant find Sharp Emulator XM6 type g 3.1 / 3.01 to work with the XM6 2.0.2 module. or does any one have a version of the module for v3.12 of the emulator all the Links are dead. Trying to set up the SEGA CD in HyperSpin, through the Fusion Emulator , but after auditing the games and hitting the RocketLaucher icon it boots up and loads into the format CD Tray screen only. Hi All, Wonder if anyone can help me out here. I started my Hyperspin setup back in 2015. Love this frontend but somewhere along the line as my systems grew I picked up a glitch and cant figure it out. I have my arcade cab and then I have a exact copy on my main computer for testing before I push it over to the cab. When I go up and down on either setup it will skip a wheel or 2 sometimes and I need to back up to catch it. I have the arrow keys mapped. Thanks

So - everything going swweeeeet for a month -then BAM , all of a sudden when I go to exit ANY game I get a Windows start menu screen on top of my Hyperspin theme screen and there is then no way back 'out' to anything unless I start Task Manager etc etc - it just 'happened' I changed nothing. Clues ??
