I have myself a gun and the aimtrak kit. Has anyone made a good through tutorial explaining how to wire it all up? I'm confused because all of the buttons from a GCon45 ps1 gun ( Trigger and A-B ) have two wires yet the aimtrak pcb uses single wires. Do I just join the two wires into a single wire and attach? I'm pretty lost at this point lol Any help would be fantastic.

Hi guys, ive a couple of PS2 titles and they have a MDS file along with the Iso. I'm renaming the Folder and Iso before 7zipping do I need to rename the MDS aswell? Is it like a cue file do I need to go into the MDS and change anything? Thanks in advance for any help

Help. I'm putting together my first mame cabinet using hyperspin 1.3 I am using a Xin Mo Arcade to USB Controller 2 Player Kit to connect my buttons and joysticks. And I'm not getting any response in hyperspin, However in hyper hq I get response when I set up my controls. I did some searching around and I saw someone say 1.3 doesn't work well with joystick controllers or something along those lines. Any advice or suggestions?

When I am trying to launch a game in either gamecube or snes in hyperspin 1.4 I keep getting an error that states. (Please remove the starting period for Dolphin's Rom Extension ".iso" from these extenstions: ".iso | .gcm" This obv was an example of the error from the gamecube but if I try on SNES its the same error just says "SNES9X" instead of Dolphin and whatever the extension is for snes games instead of .iso. Has anyone ever seen this before? Help Thanks in advance!

Trying to get MAME up and running here. When ever I try to start a MAME game through HS an error pops up saying it cant find the database file MAME.xml.. The problem is that it is looking for it in C:\hyperspin... when it should be in H:\hyperspin....I've combed through all the settings and paths and ini files looking for someway to change the default path to the correct one but I cannot find it..Any help would be appriciated. thx

Hello guys, I'm trying to make my HS Setup as portable as possible, so I have to use relative paths for all my folders. Currently I'm adding the Arcade Classics wheels and I want that these wheels point to my MAME video folder for the videos so I don't have thousands of duplicate videos wasting space on the hard drive. The relative paths for all my ROMs are working really fine in HyperHQ but I don't get the paths for the videos working. I already tried a bunch of combinations. Can anybody give me the right relative path for it?

I loaded Hyperspin onto a new computer and it's giving me a hard time. I finally got all the roms to work with in Rocket launcher and all the roms are good and when you launch it with in RL it opens up and it runs great. When i open HyperLaunch the graphics and videos play but when i select any mame rom it comes up with an Error: CAll to nonexisten fucntion. I've attached the error message...any help with this?

Hi everyone, as the topic states I'm thinking of a 100% Portable Setup with HS + Windows in the same HDD. I was researching about Windows portability and found that Win2USB can make Windows 8/8.1 totally portable, though I didn't try it myself. My current setup is basically Windows in C: and everything HS related to K: Which is an external HDD. Request- I need nintendo ds and a psp xml file with valid CRC's please. The official database xml doesn't include CRC tags so I can't use it with Don's renaming tool to accurately rename my rom. Much appreciated if someone could help me out with this, thanks!
