Hey guys I need some help. First, I'm running hyperspin and trying to run dolphin (gamecube) My gamecube roms are .rar zipped. When I try to launch the game in hyperspin or rocketlauncher, I get a loading bar that takes about 15 secs to go from 0-100%. The girl says "loading complete" and then about 10 secs later I get a ahk error... but right when the error happens a second later the game launches. I feel like hyperspin is set to x amount of secs to wait.. Is there a setting I can do or change to extend the time a little but longer??

Is there anyway to have hyperspin run two .exe'a on launch? I already am launching hypersearch through hyperhq, but need to also add xpaader to launch on hs start because it's the only way I can get HS to recognize it. I see there is an hyperapin.ini in the HS\Settings folder that could be edited, but I have been unsuccessfully trying to do so. Thanks everyone! Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G928A using Tapatalk

My Hyperspin setup is not showing the boxart. Just black. The files are .png, and have the correct names. I placed the files in the C:\HyperSpin_1.5.1\Media\MAME\Images\Artwork1 folder, but have also tried the artwork2,3, and 4 folders. What am I missing?

Hello, I'm trying to have my hyperspin run in full mode, on my second monitor. Which is not the main display of the windows 8.1 64bit machine machine I'm using. Can I please have some help doing this, I could not find any option to switch the software's screen. Thank you.

Having just gone through a rebuild of my cab, I started thinking about how many different little things I do to make it the way I want to be. Hyperspin's great in the sense that you can customize pretty much anything in it. You can skin it however you want, build your own themes etc... Hi everyone, been using Hyperspin for quite some time and it's time for a technical upgrade of the ole Mame arcade. I currently have a PC in an old 28' Mortal Kombat 2 cabinet. I gutted it and put in a 28 inch TV as the monitor. I use the s-video input from the PC and it works perfectly. The problem: I'm upgrading the PC to a min Dell i5 3040 which my options are DVI or HDMI. I'm trying to find a good converter cause i don't want to replace the monitor. Hello! I have a Dreamcast and a GDEmu and have been trying to take my .GDI files and convert them with Eng translation patches. Does anyone have a tutorial or pm me to help convert my files to gdi or CDI format so I may play them on my real dreamcast? THANKS ANYONE IN ADVANCE!!!

Is this still the best way to setup nested wheels in Hyperspin or is there an improved method? The more I use Hyperspin, the more I realize having narrowed down lists of games is the way to go instead of having 1000's of games to go through. However, I may have a buddy who wants to play a specific game. So what I am trying to do is move all of my wheels to an "All" wheel and then just have only a few main emulator wheels at the top that each have say my top 20 favorite games for each system. This way I can easily find my favorite games by system but also go to find a specific game if needed. Get the best of both worlds. All > Contains huge collection …

Hello everyone, happy new year, I use Dons Hyperspin Tools 4.3.26 to generate my xml for the database, the problem is that I want to complete the other data such as manufacturing, year, description, etc. In the case of MAME, I have an xml file that exports the exe of the mame to obtain the information, or even the exe, but the option to generate a hyperspin list from the mame's xml fails. Could someone tell me how I can complete these fields automatically? For me it is important because MAME has really strange names in their roms and the description that appears in the mame4.exe is super necessary. Thank you very much in advance!

Hey All, I am really hoping to find a solution to Hyperspin hiding the mouse cursor. I have added an overlay which I can use, but the mouse cursor is only visible when on-top of a link. If I move it back to Hyperspin it hides which makes it hard to keep track of the mouse. I understand Hyperspin is a FE which is primarily built for ease of control with joysticks etc but is there a away to have Hide Cursor Turned off? Or Toggle-able. If not is there a 3rd Part app anyone knows of that allows the cursor to be always seen/onscreen? So far I have looked through the settings files, and also tried just running HS as a window. I was missing quite a lot of video snaps on my cabinet so yesterday I downloaded the full .mp4 Mame collection for 0.202 version from Progetto Snaps: http://www.progettosnaps.net/videosnaps/ When I installed them I set up a new videos folder and renamed the old one to keep them as a back up. All these mp4 videos work but some of them look strange. They look very narrow and thin, their aspect ratio is all wrong and don't fit the theme windows properly. I am using HyperSpin 1.5.1. By default, I want all of the games hidden and I would like to turn on the ones that I like one by one. I went in MAME.xml and did a find of "<enabled>Yes</enabled>" and replaced with "<enabled>No</enabled>", then I picked a few games and switched the text back to "<enabled>Yes</enabled>". When I open the MAME wheel, I still see every single game. Is there a setting somewhere that I need to check to respect the MAME.XML file? Also, if I "Begin Sync" in HyperSync, is it going to download every single file? Thanks

Hi, Is it possible to start hyperspin and point to a specific game (commandline parameter perhaps?). Somewhere hyperspin must keep track off the last selected game, if I could modify this..I could manipulate the game hyperspin starts on. Thanks
