Eya, What's one of your favorite forgotten classics? by which I mean a game that you remember fondly but for some reason people don't remember or don't talk about it.. One of my all time forgotten classics is Faxanadu, a side scrolling RPG platformer on the NES. It has an awesome plot, you play a hero who returns to his hometown(situated at the roots of the world tree) to find it nearly deserted, the walls are crumbling and nobody is there to greet him. Upon your arrival you are summoned by the king who is desperate for your help and sends you on a quest to set things right. As you progress the find out that the springs that gives the tree it's life have dried up and …

The story of putty squad is a bit on the weird side... it was released in 1994 for supernes while amiga version (finished) was not released at all even if some magazines did review it. It shows the weak and strong points of amiga 1200. Amiga 1200 could compete with a snes in terms of graphic goodness BUT in 1992 it simply was "too few, too late". Just wondering if it's possible to play these games without using a launcher as it takes away from the arcade feel. Doom 3 I have one version that did t have controller support so I tried another version that had controller support but wouldn't go to 640x480 resolution for my crt monitor but the first version had this resolution??

Need some help to find some winter and/or christmas themed games. Doesn't seem to be that many of them? Hi guys i was in eb games and i found this awesome tiny lil toy addon for iphone and ipod touch i picked it up for 15$ but theres a catch only games designed for arcadie can run on this properly and theres a limit of 2 buttons. but until now the most advanced feature on this Gadget known to demand you can now run a special mame through your iphone or ipod touch designed for it.

Been playing Legend of Zelda A Link Between Worlds and I have to say this game is AWESOME! Its very nostalgic to A Link to the Past.....what are your thoughts on it? Im afraid that HyperSpin will need to head to the backburner until I complete this EPIC game!!! WAHOOOOO!!!!

What is the worst game that you have ever come across (E.T. doesn't count) that was so bad you had to play it? For me it has to be Journey! I didn't even know this existed until couple of weeks ago. Can't even fathom who made the decision to release this. I showed it to my lady and she she thought their ship was a hamburger ... In the controller settings, I can only remap the buttons to a few alpha keys on the left side of the board. I need more flexibility for my cab so does anyone know of a config file or some hex editing that could get around this limitation? By the way, I added a profile name and made a few changes to the game settings, and checked the md5 hash of every file in the installation. They matched up perfect to the same files before changes were made. How is this possible? Where are user settings being stored? Edit: Couldn't solve the config issue, but instead just created an AHK script.

As I was looking for stuff my arcade I thought it would be a great idea to add light guns...well it sounded like a good idea at the time. So I continue looking only to find that there's really only 2 or 3 companys that make them. Act-Labs, some Chinese company who makes the Top Gun, and a 3rd that makes a high end first person shooter military style gun...which looked really cool, but not what I'm looking for. I actually found a 4th from a company in Taiwan that supposedly made a wireless light gun, but it doesn't seem to be for sale yet... So if I want an authentic arcade style light gun for a VGA monitor I'm gonna have drop $200 bucks at Act-Labs for 2 guns ($40) and 2…
