Hi all! I have made a main menu theme for this system (there is only one game supported). Could someone help me cap a gameplay vid for the main menu theme? to run tamagochi in mame do "mame64.exe tama -prescale 3". Please try to follow the video grabbing guidelines from this thread: http://emumovies.com...-version-basic/ That way we can make them official.

Hi all! I have made themes, 2d boxes and carts, as well as a database and sorted out the roms for this system. It contains only 16 games, could someone help me cap these vids and make a main menu video? Does anyone know if there is a way to have a single system-wide default override transition? With Backgrounds it is possible to just throw a "default.png" named image file in the \\\Hyperspin\Media\<system>\Images\Backgrounds\ folder, but I am not finding similar results with \\\Hyperspin\Media\<system>\Video\Override Transitions\default.fla. I made a custom transition for each system and wrote a script to duplicate these transitions for each rom as a workaround. It's real quick, but it's expanding the footprint of HS up to 1GB per system. If the answer to the first line is "no", I'll continue using this method. Just trying to see if I can streamline. …

I created a default theme for Nintendo DS in HyperTheme, think it went rather well considering I`m an art newbie. But I have a problem: I`m using some pngs in the video folder for missing videos, but in the video window in my theme, they don`t scale properly, there`s a big black chunk to the right. Videos fit as they should. How can I correct this?

This is a groundwork tutorial as a lead in to some more in depth ones I'm working on regarding widescreen theme conversion. In the description, I've included a download link that has all 648 of the officially minted Atari 2600 games' themes converted to 16:9 (from roadrunner's set, so all credit goes to him). I don't use these themes personally so please let me know if there's any issue and I'll ammend, just thought it'd be nice for widescreen users to have the option again. Hope some of you find this useful, or will at least find my subsequent more advanced tutorials useful.

First off I want to thank, fellow hyperspinners Gibbawho, Unknown50862, Styphalus Ashurax, alexdc22, and all the other Dudes(?assumption) for the inspiration. The effort and time and most of all the results shown are absolutely marvellous and its great to see such unity and devotion to this front end. Hi all, I'm glad to announce the completion of the Sonic System. This system took a long time to finish. THK, the original creator of this system, took it upon him and made some gorgeous themes. Some of them finished and some of them still WIP. I took it upon me to finish his WIP as close to his concept as I could. I also made some of my own themes to fill in the gaps. As of today I can finally say: it is finished! All credits are to THK for providing the idea's and the WIPs to make this theme. I have an Artwork folder with MAME acrade marquees as downloaded from the downloads section. However all the marquees have different heights and widths (understood since they're not uniform in real life either). My theme has an arcade machine where the monitor loads with videos and I wanted the marquee Artwork to scale to fit the x/y and width/height dimensions of the "marquee holder" in the graphic. I can't figure out what I need to do in the theme's Default.xml to make them resize.

Hello All! I have been "gifted" with the privilege of getting the bezel artwork better organized and to setup the 'Approval' process for this artwork. We (some of the devs and I) have come up with the following. Hi everyone, I dabbled in photoshop in my days and threw together a quick Bezel for NES to be 4:3 on a 16:9 display that most of us have anyway. It's simple, yes. My attept was to recreate the simplicity of the NES itself. I use this for my personal cabinet. Let me know if anyone thinks this is a project worth continuing. In the future, I hope to be able to pull artwork from the Cart files to fill the left box, and Possibly a revamp of the right one too. I have other systems also, as I said, this is just a feeler to see if it's something people would like to have also.

Does anyone have a full set of transparant .png system logo files including the classics, I would like to create a new set of wheels with them based on a 3D look I'm designing. And is there away to make the current selected wheel not fade out with the rest? Or better still use 2 images per system one image being a greyed out version and the 2nd a full colour version that would be the selected one?

I have been on and off with this theme from the start of Hyperspin back in 2009....and since this is my favourite game series and there is no good scan to found of the side art it's time to put my skills to the test and clean this baby up as much as possible. The theme itself, background,logo has all been redone for years but orchid never looked good between all HQ art. but we have a start.........i cleaned up alot but there is still so much to do and since i am a vector guy so this 3d model stuff is not my cup of tea and is giving me a headache but with patience comes perfection (i hope)

Just curious if there are some people out there who would like to start a MS-DOS "Cartridge" project? Floppies really, but cart art category would still apply. Using the floppy PSD files from HAIMBILIA, and some photoshop wizards to edit and slide the labels in. I only have my old Raptor floppy, and Descent floppies. Did a scan of them today, and that made me think of trying to get cart art, at the very least, for some of the more popular DOS games that most people would have/want in their wheel.

Hi I am unable to resize anything in hypertheme it has the handles but they wont work I can move image but not resize However the background i cant even move that at all. I am running windows 10 and tried the compatability settings to no avail. any ideas??? thanks in advance.

Long long time since i contributed and im working on 2 arcade projects. one for the Raspberry Pi and another more beefy one using hyperspin. Ive created a whole bunch of bezels and im not sure where to put them, should people want them. They are in flat design and very straight forward. more to come later on. these images and their master files are available on my guthub. Ill also update this as I add more systems
