Hello I could not find any box art for casio pv-1000. My first attempt. Not fancy. Not too pretty. Just learning how to use photoshop elements etc. Just putting up here FYI. edit: added Mahjong .... at least I think it is the correct box......

I've been working on this PSP theme to make it look like the PSP XMB, and I pretty much have it the way I want it, except for one thing. I can't figure out how to make the clock. I know it should be a flash clock and I've tried for a couple of days following tutorials with no luck (I'm not much of a coder). Here's the theme with a clock mockup done in photoshop, if anyone can point me in the right direction or code a quick clock that would be great. I plan on uploading it to the "Downloads" section to share when I'm done if anyone wants to use it. Anything would help, I'm lost lol. Oh and the game info text is the same color as the PSP icons now

Okay so a couple weeks ago I came across a thread by someone who posted these beautiful 16x9 system themes for all the "classics", like capcom classics, nintendo classics, etc. They followed the theme style of unified megathemes by gibbawho. Since then I haven't managed to find the thread but if you guys could aid in some assistance I'd be very thankful.

Hey you guys! I've googled alot looking for a way to create an emulationstation styled global theme, the one thing i cant figure out is putting a blur over the video like ES uses as the bg. i think it would look awesome to have the main menu and system sub menus with the horizontal wheel and the videos start blurred then go into focus, if someone could help me with the blurring if its just an over lay of some sort i would be much appreciative and be glad to share the theme to you guys once im finished

So it's been a year since the site move and now that we have tested it we are going to polish it up. Changes that are coming: Theme and Widescreen section are going to be merged we will get one theme section with 3 subforums (game themes,system themes,universal themes) only thing that will change for you guys is the announcement we will now add 16:9 or 4:3 to the announcement thread of a theme. Artwork and Sounds section will have the Announcement subforum removed so you will go into the list of sections right away. I´m having some problems with game themes "spilling over" or influencing the next title or game theme. For example, when switching to the next title the video might not start, or the title name can become superimposed on the next title name. Any ideas?

Yeah i know need to ask over at Emumovies but everyone is more active here, a few videos for mame need replacements because they are bugging the hell out of me. Hey guys, How do you edit/manage system level themes (NOT for individual games, NOT for the main HyperSpin Menu, but rather for the menu just prior to picking the game). For example, GameCube has a Hyperspin wheel that flips through each box/cd art in some sort of default form - that theme is what I want to change. See image attached "sample" of what I want to customize. I think it is located here, but HyperTheme (v1.1.5.0) fails to open it! .\HyperSpin\Media\Nintendo GameCube\Themes\Default.zip "Error Parsing Zip" Any suggestions or pointers to Themes for a newbie would be great. Hey guys, I'm just looking for a little guidance, as I'm having some issues trying to figure out if something is possible. I'm trying to use the Retroarch shaders for Game Boy, and having a minor issue that hopefully someone knows a quick fix to. Basically, the shader shrinks the image a tad when using a bezel: As you can see, using the shader causes a sort of border in between the bezel and the game itself. The shader I'm using are any of the three located in "\shaders\shaders_cg\handheld\gameboy". Now, I know I should be using the ones under "\shaders\shaders_cg\handheld\console-border" because with those you can adjust the size and so on... but the…

So i just started my 200th theme, i wanted to see it all together what i have done so far so i gathered all themes that are done and/or released that i did for MAME. my WIP aren't shown here. and i bet that i missed a few but it's nice to see a wall of this stuff.

Hey guys, I'm trying to find videos of the "Please Insert Disc" Error screens for systems like PSX, PS2, etc. I plan on putting them in as the "no video" for the corresponding systems. I've have a couple of plain static videos that do it for the cartridge systems, and it looks great, but I was thinking these would be perfect for anything newer I haven't gotten videos for (Almost all my disc based systems lol) Any help would be appreciated, I was very surprised that I was unable to find them on youtube. OR if you guys have any sugguestions to kind of customize the no video thing that would great too.

Not sure what's happening. All of my other systems work great. The (main) intro vid is MP4 instead of FLV....could this be why? Other systems use mp4 with no problems. thomas

So after using EvilDindon's wheel art with mamu's icons in my setup for a while, I really ended up liking it. The clean, crisp, simple aspect of it, along with the Artwork4 highlight trick, just works superbly. Well I enjoyed the couple hundred pack so much that I really wanted the rest of my MAME games to benefit from it. So I decided to start making wheels for the entire setup. Since he is using Corel, I couldn't open anything in photoshop and therefore spent hours and hours dissecting one of the png's with an icon, to eventually get a bare wheel that I could go off of.
