I hope this isn't the wrong place to post this, if it is, i'm apologizing in advance. When I setup my mame cabinet a month or so ago, I downloaded all the unified bezel packs on emumovies. I quickly realized these wouldn't work well because my monitor is a 16:10 and the bezels from the pack were getting cut-off due to me having the wrong screen size. I then stumbled upon the MR Do site with all the MAME artwork/Instruction cards. After trying a couple of those out, I realized that was a better option for me as it wasn't specifically built for a 16:9 monitor, and seemed to resize the game screen as I turned on/off the bezels and instruction cards. Two quick questions I can run Sega model 2 emulator from rocketlauncher just fine. However it fails to load in Hyperspin everything is setup in hyperhq and using hyperlaunch. Hi, My current Hyperspin setup is acting weird. So i will try to do a fresh install while keeping all the old emulators and themes/videos. Where can i find the latest tutorial to set up Hyperspin with Rocketlauncher? I see some in the forum but i am not sure if they are updated to the latest version. The pinned "How to install HyperSpin" forum entry states it will be updated but refers to hyperspin 1.4.15 instead of 1.4.16 (latest version i think). Does someone know if it is possible to use Hyperspin without RocketLauncher or any other launcher? I only need Hyperspin to start the emulator and to exit the emulator with the chosen escape key. Lately I've been messing around with Sega Saturn Japanese games, database, videos, etc, there are so many Saturn titles (which I like more than US-EU), and as we have separated JAP x US+EU XML, I decided to separate them. For now I'll create a wheel in my HS exclusively for Saturn Japanese games (I added as "Sega Saturn (Japan)", just like do with SNES and Nintendo Super Famicom, each one with its exclusives japanese, it is not a final decision but, maybe I'll leave this way. I had everything working good (I only use Mame, and Stella as my emulators) but after a recent upgrade of Rocket launcher (Initiated by the program itself) The Atari 2600 and NES games do not work. Mame works fine still but with the others it goes to the loading screen and gives verbal loading complete and then just sits there on the loading screen. The only way out is to force crtl alt delete quit. The log looks good and shows Main - Running module but that is where it stops. Any suggestions, I hate to have to start all over. Dammes

Anyone buy Injustice 2 for PC yet that can speak towards how the player controls are layed out? And is two player controlls with one keyboard possible - a la IPAC friendly? If not, any work arounds created using vjoy/ahk or anything else? I may buy it tonight and see what's up...

So I find myself constantly bumping my Exit key when playing Golden Tee, not fun. I'm looking for a way to add an exit prompt to that game. I'm running Mameuifx and did find a check box option under Miscellaneous for 'Quit confirmation on exit' which is exactly what I want. I press Exit and a prompt comes up: Are you sure you want to quit? Press "Enter" to quit, Press "Escape" to return to emulation But it only works when launching games from the Mameuifx interface. It will not prompt me when I exit a game from Rocketlauncher or Hyperspin. Any ideas on how to make this work from Hyperspin or perhaps another option? Thanks

1. If I have this right. XML files helps you identify your games and your roms are the actual game. Roms come in all sorts of files such as gba, gcs, snes, etc. 2. A rom renaming software will give a clear pathway for hyperlauncher to access your rom database. 3. My actual problem is when I attempt to "audit" my games, the roms can't be found. So if I have the right file type in the folder, and I have all the pathways set up right, where am I going wrong? Did I fuck up in the rom renaming? I have been trying to set this up for half a week, please help

hi folks, i'm pretty sure my question has an aswer somewhere around here, but my bad english didn't help me to find it i want to add an item in the 1st-level wheel which will launch an exe (such as hypersearch for exemple) this exe will only be a pdf file, or even a jpeg, to show users which button ar for the pause/genre/favorite/coins... etc of course some already did it huh?

So my computer fried. I built a new one and put windows 10 on it. Has anybody tried Hyperspin on Win10 yet? Just curious about potential bugs... I guess one of the biggest problems could be emulator support.

Hey all, My searches came up null, so pardon my stupid questions... 1) I do not yet have my cab built, but I have been tinkering with Hyperspin for quite a while on my personal PC. Question being, are Hyperspin installs able to be dragged over to a new hard drive without any hiccups? Maybe drive letters would have to be re-configured, but other than that...? 2) I'd like to have a folder full of console start-up videos load BEFORE the Hyperspin intro video. For example, I may see the PS1 on a reboot, and the next would be... Genesis, then Dreamcast, etc. Is there anything already in the wild that makes this possible? OR... I gu…

I have the latest version of RL and Hyperspin and i just added Visual Pinball (specifically VPX) to my setup. I need to bind my side pinball buttons to different buttons on my control panel so my kids who have short arms can play pinball. I've setup Visual Pinball in Hyperspin and Rocket Launcher, and it loads my games just fine from Hyperspin or directly from Rocketlauncher. I created a profile for the Emulator (in this case Visual Pinball 10) and created my two hot keys. I clicked the green lightning button in RocketLauncher keymapper to test if it worked, and i'm able to see my hotkeys work properly in that test window that pops up. i have an strange issue with Sega Demuls system Sega Hikaru I have set up the roms folder in Rocketlauncher & HyperHq with the extensions (zip) all of the roms are inside the folder with the matching names as the Database , But it does only recognizes 1 rom & the other ones it doesnt They are all in the folder . Hope someone can help me out

I go to download the genre's, for NES let's say, and I can download each particular genre's xml but where do I get the main genre.xml for NES? I'm using the .dat and database.xml from hyperlist on all my systems but genre doesn't work on any of them. Thanks in advance.

I downloaded "Gigapigs" HS build and it's great! But...when I'm launching the N64 games they're "grainy" and the sound if awful. I've used "Project64" outside of Hyperspin and it works GREAT! However, when I change it to the default emulator within HS it doesn't launch the games, it just launches the emulator. ANY IDEAS? THANKS!!!

Well, I found another version of Project 64 2.1.0.1 for those of you who missed it's release like I did Was officially released on the first according to the official site. However as ussual now, the installer from the official site is loaded with bloat ware. Get it here with bloat ware & installer removed. You can place it anywhere and just run it. PROJECT 64 2.1.0.1

Hi, Where can update the modules? I have the MAME 0.166 module now and want to update to 0.180. Mame 0.180 will not run the games with the old module. I thought that the updating was done in RLauncherUI but now i can't find it. Thanks
