The thread says it all. I ask because I am trying to have my Sega CD and ps 1 games show just the .cue files for each game and not the .cue and .bin files. Does anyone know how to do this? Thanks for the help. Sincerely, Arcadedude82

_________ UPDATE: HS 1.3 uses MP4's instead of FLV's and features higher quality videos with over a 50% reduction in file size. With HyperSpin 1.3 here and all the work being put in to finalizing the XML's I am finally getting the video snaps to a finalized state. I am going to use this thread to keep a finalized list as I get the video sets certified. I am going to try and get at least one set a week out, but hopefully more. There is a lot of new content in these releases, many sets will be completely new releases. Others (that are too big to fully tackle right now or have already been upgraded) will be 100% complete to the final HyperSpin xml's. If a game is not…

Hello, My folder was erased/delated from the FTP. I know that sometime folders are accidentally dropped in neighboring folders so I looked around but was unable to find it. It might be in there somewhere....I don't know. Either way, it takes a long time to organize and upload things to the FTP so it is kind of disappointing that it is all gone. Not the end of the world or anything...but still a little disappointing. And I know that I am not the first person who has lost their FTP stuff.... I request that download links be permitted to be placed in threads and that way we can avoid losing stuff on the ftp. Nobody can erase stuff from my mediafire/dropbox account. just …

First off - congrats on the new site. Good to see you guys back up and running. Second - on the old site, there was a section called Documentation that had instructions and videos and whatnot. I don't see it anymore. Am I just missing it? Thanks Dislecksea

Looking for some advice here. I'm setting up a Game Boy wheel and noticed that HyperSync doesn't have any Game Boy wheel sounds available for download, so I've started recording my own. Assuming others would be interested once I'm finished, is there an official submission/verification process? I don't know if my current recording method would meet whatever guidelines may be in place. At least for now, I've been obtaining them via BGB's wave file writer with non-essential sound channels turned off, then converting individual sound effects to 320KBPS MP3s with Audacity. I'm considering volume balancing them with MP3Gain when I'm done to bring them to roughly 99dB, whic…

Hi guys. Probably the wrong section, but is there a 3rd party program that outputs a text file listing all games for certain emus? The reason is this. I have hundreds of Mame games split up over 3 different pages (I've explained the reason for this previously on here), and I'm going to be setting up a 4th page which I will use the latest version of Mame to add some new games to my cab, and I'd like a list of all the games I've got already. It's probably more than 4 years since I've added any games to my Cab list, so there should be plenty to check out. So before I boot up Visual Studio to knock-up a little app to list my current mame games for me, is there a program …

So, I finally got my cabinet It's an Area 51 original cabinet, favorite arcade game as a kid. I want to keep all the graphics original but can't keep all since I need to replace the existing control panel with my tankstick. Started to get a little creative and designed a new overlay for my xarcade tankstick to kind of match the original so it will still have the original look to it. What do you guys think? Original control panel My overlay design for the tankstick

I finally bought a 360 controller. However, I'm clueless as how to switch between the analog stick and the digital d-pad. Up to now I've been using a Logitech Dual Action and with that controller, you just press a button and it switches. This was useful depending on the system being played. I could easily switch to a D-Pad for NES and SNES games and back to analog for PSX and PC/Mame games. How do you do this with a 360?

I semi-recently started digging through the massive PS1 bin for my project and already I have four games set to use PSXFIN as alternate simply because EPSXE won't play the music in the ISOs. I know there are ways to -get- the music to play, but sometimes I'll get a game that hasn't got your normal mp3/wav files at all, it'll just be a bin/cue or img/cue combo. I have at least some knowledge of how to handle all of these, but sometimes EPSXE will simply choke on the audio whereas PSXFIN has brilliantly handled everything I've thrown at it. Apart from this, is there a reason I shouldn't simply switch my default Playstation emulator to that? Does EPSXE do anything factua…

Figured I'd ask in a separate thread before giving up on it if nobody has advice. Street Fighter Zero 3 (Japan) doesn't want to run in any of the three SSF versions I've tried, nor the latest build of Yabause, and if anyone here has it functioning on their system I'd love to know how if you'd share that with me. It's a great version of the game and I'd play it if I could. Cheers.
