Hi Friends I need your advise My IPAC Ultimate I/O was bought in 2016-2017 cant remember exactly. I am using Win7 Ultimate SP1 I have noticed new firmware been released so I installed WinIPAC V2 and connected my board , upgraded to 1.49 i/o nogp firmware Now the problem is green light does turn on which mean board is fine and all my RGB buttons will lit up as usually when startup computer, but it wont off till I pull the wire. Normally it will off when I start using the computer. Also the buttons stopped working I have tried typing on notepad. Dont understand what went wrong. Year back I did upgrade firmware to 1.32 without this problem all was smooth. I c…

hi everyone. Is it possible to assign two buttons on the controller for ESCAPE, so I can quit Dolphin Emulator, for example? I found the "SHIFT" function but it is always disabled and can`t be changed. Anyone can help? best regards

If i leave hyperspin running, after about 8hrs or so i get a white screen with a grey exclamation point. when i look in the log it shows nothing that indicates what happened. Does anyone have any experience with this issue? its in a bartop, no other processes running, windows 7 64bit. power settings are to never turn the hard disks off, i am pretty sure display turns off after 5 hours, but with this program running i don't know if its ever technically inactive. Any time i come home to the white screen the computer is not asleep so i do not think thats the cause. any help would be much appreciated

Hello, I have two strange problems: 1. RL after the crash or what once does not load the games although it was just started, all the paths are correct, usually the Pc restart (in the task manager no additional RL processes etc) ? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Emix2FF3zzo 2. Problem with Epsx RL will unzip 7zip games but they do not start black screen fps stand, I'm using epsx 2.05, 7zip enable etc?

Hey Hyperspinners whzup! Planning to add some systems recently and banging my head again on HS. Troubles are always with me and maybe someone can help me lighten me up. I am trying to setup Nintendo Satellaview with snes9x 1.5 , but rl stuck at fade screen, game running behind if I force end RL. Tried updating to snes 1.60 recent ver, disabling bezels, but still the same. Any thoughts? Games are none zip .

I'm going to work on adding this system to my Hyperspin. I really love using MESS or Mednafen for the ease of gaining access to the settings and altering the controllers etc. What the best emulator for this system? The choices are in the attached image. thanks

I have the current Mame files (xml and media). If I run an audit in Rocket it's about 9,700 roms. If I look in at the media for themes it's about 6,000. When I run Hyperspin and select "Mame" and browse through the list. It doesn't look anything like thousands of games. How do I get a true count of the games I can play? Thanks, Dave.

Arcade Bartop is finally complete and I am now going through all my software setup ie HyperSpin, RocketLauncherUI, Hyper Sync, Emumovies and just getting my head around how it all works again as I never fully completed all the emulators. Due to the AMD new build I am going to have to upgrade to Windows 10 so I'm guessing I should upgrade all my other software above ? Should I do upgrades or fresh installs, any problems I might incur ? (Sorry not at home so not sure on the versions I have but its around 3 years ago)

Hi, I hope I have posted this topic in the right place. I have recently just finished my bartop cabinet and I'm just putting the finishing touches to my hyperspin-fe.com setup. I have a few questions but the first one is: I have the Mess emulator handling my atari 5200 emulation. To exit a game I have to press 'Alt+F4' However most of my emulators use 'Esc' as my exit button and I have assigned 'esc' to my cab by pressing both player 'insert credit buttons' (using one of them as my 'shift' using Ipac Ultimate board) Is there anyway to make this button combination work forall' exit button configurations'just so it's consistent?

I'm having an issue with getting a game to work that was working before and played numerous times without issue. The game is Silent Dragon on MAME. The game loads into a black screen with white squares and won't proceed into the title/start screen. I can push and hear the insert coin button working during the black screen and access the games test mode, but that's about it. Is there any way i can get the game to work again? I will provide photos if need be.

I use rocketlauncher to start mame64 games in hyperspin but the first game on a fresh windows startup takes 20 seconds to start. After closing this game the next game will open almost immediately. I know others have asked this question but I can’t find a solution. I have no anti-virus running, no windows defender, no rocketlauncher fades or bezels. I updated the mame64 version to the 209 no nag from 197 no nag with no change. Any help or suggestions would greatly be appreciated!!

As the title, does anyone know how I can change the resolution in Taito Type X2 for Street fighter IV to resolution 1366x768? I have been following this guide http://www.hyperspin-fe.com/topic/3439-super-street-fighter-4-ae-ttx-2-player-help-please/page-4#entry250433 but I can't understand how to change it since I can't find the reference line that they wrote.. (To be specific, this is the reference, they wrote 00387224) I'm trying to change the resolution for ttxshell.exe.. Please if any of you know how to fix it, please help me

I recently started to setup MAME and I grabbed a database from http://retrofe.nl/download/ which removes all of the clone systems, casino, etc. I would really like my main menu wheel to contain atari classics, capcom classics, etc, but these databases are not provided by retrofe. I downloaded the databases from the download section here at Hyperspin but they contain a lot of clones and stuff. What are clones exactly? Homebrews? Does anyone have these systems without all the extra stuff? I have a really great console setup but MAME is wayyyy above my head at the moment. Thank you.

hi; I have a question, that I would like to ask you. Maybe you can help me. I made a bartop, only with mame emulator and I have the bellow problem. (pc + hyperspin) when I turn on the arcade, goes directly to run hyperspin and first thing that I see is the wheel of mame, until that point all works fine but, I don´t know why, a webpage is openned and is over the hyperspin, then I need to close that window, and I can play correctly. Any Idea about that webpage is openned? thanks in advance.

My Hyperspin is freezing when it first get to the main menu wheel for anywhere between 15 seconds to 45 seconds. I hit the arrow button on keyboard to scroll through and the video previews moves for a split second and stops each time I hit the key. It eventually frees up and can navigate fine and videos play and games load fine. I have an i3 4340 3.6Ghz processeor, 8GB ram, and a 4TB Western Digital Black hard drive (its fast). What is causing this issue? Should I upgrade to an i5-4670K Quad-Core?
